Alles sehr neu und schön eingerichtet. Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei, das Haus ist selbst ohne Klimaanlage schön kühl, da sehr gut isoliert. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett, sie ist hilfsbereit und gleichzeitig diskret.
