This 1800+ sq.ft. 4 bedroom 2 bath home is spacious with updated features in a quiet family neighborhood. The back patio has a sitting area with a firepit, a BBQ, a large patio table that seats 6 and a beautiful view of the ocean, the shoreline an a peek of the Oceano Dunes. Close to parks, shopping an downtown Pismo Beach you will want to make this lovely house your favorite get away spot.
Please note that this home is in a residential neighborhood where the City of Pismo only allows vacation rentals of 30 days or more. This ordnance is meant to keep the neighborhood a quiet place for all residents.
There are outdoor camera's located on the property for security purposes Only. One in the front facing the driveway, one in the back facing the patio and backyard plus two more on either side of the house.
