Great!

We enjoyed our stay here. As a family of 5 it was spacious and accommodating. We've been vacationing in York for the last 20 years and this is the location we always search for. Five minute walk to Long Sands. Will book again!

The Yellow House

We loved the large rooms, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 balconies, large back deck and 3 bathrooms. This worked well for our family of grandparents, adult children and grandchildren. The beach is walking distance although you might get want to use a trolly to transport chairs, etc. to it.

Fantastic Location

With a 5 min walk to the sand, this place is pretty perfect and checks all the boxes for a great week of family vacation. We loved the long kitchen island/counter, multiple patios and outdoor sitting, and great tucked back location with parking. Be sure to be prepared for hotter weather as there is an AC downstairs but not with the bedrooms. We made do with fans. Great spot!

Great beach location

The location of this condo for a visit to York was perfect - less than a five minute walk to the beach and 30 min walk to the lighthouse and town. This was definitely the highlight for us. Pros: Plenty of space, we were only four people, but you could easily sleep eight. Three bathrooms was a bonus, kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, beach chairs were available to use. Anthony was also very quick to respond to questions. It did feel run down and in need of some TLC and a deep clean. The ice maker hadn't been hooked up so I would bring an ice tray next time. The grill was also broken which was a little disappointing. But, overall, we had a great week in York.

Awesome vacation!

So many great things about this property! Excellent location with super-short 2-block walk to Long Sands. Quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and homey with plenty of room for the 5 of us - parents, 2 children, grandparent. We especially loved the spacious kitchen, balcony areas and that it had 2 and a half baths! Anthony was a super host - extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. We all loved it and hope to return next year!

Love location

The Condo was in a perfect location for us, walking distance from beach yet far enough away for peace and quiet too. Unit does need to be updated a bit and I believe the cleaning company could have done a better job prepping for our arrival,as some kitchen appliances were not cleaned, floor was not swept. Linens were mixed up so it made it difficult to get the proper fitting sheets for each bed. We did have a communication problem between owners which caused a rather embarrassing scene at end of week, which we should have never had. Embarrassing in front of my family. Otherwise, place was really a good spot and size for the group we had.

Excellent vacation rental

The house was clean, spacious, looked just like the pictures, and had everything we could possibly need. We had to bring linens which I presume were pandemic rules so it wasn’t a problem. Owner responded to messages swiftly. Short walk to the beach. We couldn’t access the nice back deck because the fridge was blocking the door which was rather odd. Other than that no complaints. Would stay again.
