Perfect location

Cute little, rustic beach condo in a perfect spot. We had a great weekend with perfect weather to celebrate the closing season of York beach.

We loved the cleanliness!!, attention to detail of needs like towels, soap, dishes. The check in and check out was all online through text and we loved it. The location cannot be beat on Long Sands. Will stay again !

The nicest week of the summer!

We loved the location! Right across the street from the beach! The only downside is the rocky area that you have to traverse to get to the beach. The kids didn't worry at all about it. We are a 3 generation family, so the bedroom on the first floor was perfect for me and my daughter and granddaughters slept upstairs. We walked everyday and enjoyed the back deck.

Lovely place to celebrate the 4th.

We stayed three nights to celebrate with our five kids. It was just roomy enough and very comfortable. My concern was that it might be too hot, but the 3 A/C units were great. We had a nice view of the water from the main living area and it was nice to use the back deck in the afternoons as the sun was setting. The home was stocked with the majority of our needs and we didn't really hear or see people in neighboring units. SO close to the beach. We walked a lot and loved going to grab coffee, grab ice cream or go out to Sun and Surf. We loved it. Next time, we will bring our surfboards!
