Great stay

This was a great place for my family with 5 teens to spread out and have lots of rooms. The condo was great! The pools are lacking (very small), but everything else was great!

We love the beach!!

This condo is very nice, so clean and spacious. The beach access is so convenient. The air upstairs quit working the first night, it was fixed within a few hours of reporting it. I will definitely recommend to others and my family can't wait to make more memories in this beautiful place!

Unfortunately, our stay at Pier Watch Villa II, Unit 310 was highly disappointing due to several unresolved issues and inaccurate listing details. Misleading View & Construction Noise: The listing advertises an ocean view, but a building under construction completely blocks it. The construction started at 630am and continued to 6pm. Broken Amenities: The jetted tub did not work. We were told it could not be fixed during our stay because it required shutting off water to the entire building. Appliance Issues: The kitchen stove failed on us twice while cooking. Maintenance eventually replaced it, but the replacement was a much older, dirty unit that had rust on it. Misrepresented Grills: The advertised grills are actually located at a completely different building. They are charcoal grills placed directly next to a busy public beach access path, where foot traffic constantly kicks sand into the cooking area. Property Upkeep: The property was poorly maintained, and we had to take time out of our trip to contact management about an overflowing dumpster.Between the lack of transparency regarding the active construction, the broken appliances, and the poor overall upkeep, we did not receive the experience we paid for. I would not recommend this unit until the listing is updated and the amenities are properly maintained.
