Just one block from the ocean boardwalk. 31st and 24th live entertainment stages are only 4 blocks away. This part of the resort has the more desirable restaurants, very walkable. Harris Tweeter grocery store is an easy two block walk. Another block is ABC , drug stores and shopping. The triplex building has three 5-bedroom 5 bath units. Each unit can be set up as a lock off, if you do not need five bedrooms just three or two. Each unit is private. When you enter the 300 door, small entrance area are two locked doors. Entrance to the three-bedroom unit or two-bedroom unit.
This unit 300B two-bedroom unit has the following set up. The private elevator from ground floor to roof deck five floors, you share the elevator with other unit, but each floor is coded, guests only have codes for their floor. As you enter 300 door on main floor and hall, you have a locked door straight ahead, three bedroom is the locked door to your right. Two queen bedrooms with their private baths one is just a shower the other tub/shower. Living area includes, table and chairs, queen sofa bed, and another large sofa, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, but NO STOVE. Instead: air fryer, electric skillet, hotplate, toaster oven and coffee maker.
