Town house 15 minutes from Paris with courtyard and small pool
Welcome to our 100 m2 house, located in Montreuil, 2 minutes from the Mairie de Montreuil metro station (line 9) and 15 minutes from the centre of Paris.
After visiting Paris, you can relax in our courtyard with swimming pool. The house has two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room. Ideal for a family of 4 or two couples.
The house is located in a quiet residential area. Many shops (supermarket, restaurants, bakery,...) but also a cinema (6 euros per seat) and a theatre in the immediate vicinity.
A large park, the Parc des Beaumonts, is accessible at the end of the street (5 min walk).
