Great location...One block from the ocean and boardwalk!! This fully renovated and furnished home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, SS appliances, granite countertops and hardwood floors throughout. The first floor consists of an open concept kitchen and living room area, which opens to an outside deck, 1 bedroom, full bath and washer and dryer. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Enjoy grilling and relaxing outside. The house comes with on site parking, permit parking passes (2), beach badges (6), beach chairs (4), as well as beach umbrellas (2).

Professionally cleaned before your stay at no additional cost to you!

Great location and communication

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the beach. It was very convenient to both the beach and the boardwalk. The house is well stocked with kitchen items (including coffee pods) and James is very responsive and welcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Point Pleasant home. It's steps away from the beach boardwalk and in a really nice quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking in the area. Point Pleasant Beach Did Not Disappoint!

Overall, it was an amazing stay! Property was very clean and check in process was very easy. I especially liked that the property owner met us during check in. Food, Location to Boardwalk and Beach was exactly as advertised. Once you park, you will not need to leave Point Pleasant. I would recommend to any visitor!

Perfect family vacation!

Our family had a the best week at the beach! The house is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Jamie is kind, communicative, and easy to work with. The location cannot be beat - less than 5 minutes to the beach and boardwalk, and perfect view of Thursday night fireworks. We will certainly be back!

Great summer vacation for young family

My family and I rented the shore Home July 4 week 2022 and had a wonderful time! Jaime was very helpful and the house was as advertised. I really enjoyed the location, close enough for all the convenience and boardwalk fun, but far enough away to make for quiet nights. We will certainly be back!

Beautiful house in a great location!

My family and I stayed for the week, and we had the best time! The house was immaculate when we arrived and included everything we could have needed. The location is perfect, close enough to walk to the boardwalk and the beach yet far enough where it’s still quiet and peaceful. Jamie was also incredibly communicative which made the check in/checkout process seamless. I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering!

Great beach vacation

We had a wonderful week at the house. The place itself is beautiful and very clean. Jamie was very responsive and easy to work with. The location was fantastic, quick walk to the beach and quick walk to the boardwalk at night which the kids loved. There was a great breakfast and lunch place and donuts and coffee right across the street. We didn’t need to drive anywhere. Wonderful experience.

This is a great location for ocean lovers.

This is a great location within a short walk to Point Pleasant Beach, dining, Jenkinson’s Aquarium, Mini Golf, Amusement Rides, boardwalk, and Point Pleasant Beach fireworks can be seen right from your deck! Bring plenty of sunscreen! The house is beautifully appointed and was enjoyed by all. We had coffee on the deck in the morning and on some nights dinner there too! Thank you Jamie for being a great host! Can’t wait to return next year!

Wonderful vacation in Point Pleasant Beach

We had a great vacation at this lovely Point Pleasant Beach house. The house was exactly as pictured in the listing - bright, fresh, very clean and comfortable. The owner, James, is very responsive, easy to communicate with and provided us with all important information. The location was perfectly situated across the street from the beach and boardwalk areas with ample parking and quiet at nighttime. It was truly a pleasure to have a stocked kitchen, beach passes, beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. We loved our stay here and thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Cozy House

It's very cozy and nicely decorated. The back deck is a nice spot to chill. The front small area is great to watch the fireworks. Everything was supplied to clean the house while you're there.The kitchen was stocked well. I had 3 people stay and it was a perfect We were very comfortable. . The owner is available if you have questions. The location is great. A block from the beach. It's a quiet part of the beach. Which I really liked. The boardwalk is nice but the food is aways down. But not a bad walk at all. I think it's a great place to rent and across the street is a great donut shop that makes them warm to go. They were so good. Definitely rent this house. Your family will love it.
