About this property

Beautifully remodeled spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront condo on the top floor of this attractive 25-unit complex directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy sunsets and watching for dolphins from the comfort of your balcony or walk the many miles of sandy beaches. The bedrooms are on the bay side of the condo and have small balconies to enjoy sweeping views of the tranquil bay waters and dazzling night lights. The oversized living room has a sofa with chaise and 2 reclining chairs.
There is also a desk that converts to a queen size murphy bed. The heated pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by palms and tropical tiki huts if you prefer to spend some time out of the sun. There is a gas grill also available for your use near the pool area. If you prefer to eat out, there are many great choices within a short walk.

PARKING: Rental includes 1 free reserved parking space.

The pool will fully close for 6 weeks starting Aug 5, 2024 for resurfacing and patio paver replacement. Enjoy a discounted rate while putting your toes in the sand or swimming in the warm Gulf of Mexico!

Stunning Accomodations

Our family enjoyed staying at Paula’s place at the Seaview very much! The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and had all of the necessities you’d want for a longer stay. We really appreciated the beach chairs as well. It was spacious for our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 teens. The check-in/check-out process was easy and Paula, the host, provided great communication and was very responsive! Also, the staff on site were helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely be going back.

Girls Trip

Property is excellent!! Pool is great! There are a lot of chairs and umbrellas for shade. The beach access is incredible! The view from the 5th floor is stunning!
