Seaview Condominiums: We are happy to inform you that all Hurricane Helene damage has been fully repaired. Even better, Seaview Condominiums has just completed an extensive renovation, featuring a brand-new heated pool and spa.
Madeira Beach: Most restaurants and shops have reopened including the restaurants, shops and excursions at John's Pass. We look forward to hosting you in our revitalized space!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Please only turn back the beds you slept in. No need to strip the beds. Please return the parking hangtags and pool bands to the basket on the console.
If you accumulated beach toys during your stay that don't fit on the shelves in the beach closet, please leave them on the plastic shelves in the garage for all Seaview guests to enjoy.
No laundry required...but if you do have time to wash any beach and/or bath towels it helps my housekeeper Dorothy to get the unit ready in time for the next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10am to 10pm. Please be considerate of your neighbors by abiding by these hours.
Pool and hot tub hours are 10am to 10pm. Pool bands, found in the unit, must be worn while in the pool area.
Park in space 202 (as well as a second space if assigned.) In order to avoid towing at your expense, display the hangtag(s) found in the unit.

Access to the beach and pool was great. Condo was well stocked and clean. Views were awesome. Joan and Dorothy were very helpful when we needed assistance. Multiple vehicle parking can be a challenge during busy season but Joan was helpful and gave us options. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing vacation! The condo was exactly like the pictures show. It was clean, great location, and has an amazing pool area and right on the beach! Joan has great communication and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

Amazing property and fantastic host

We had a beautiful vacation at Seaview 202. The condo was clean and stocked with everything you need! Most VRBO rentals you have to purchase dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, etc, but not this one! Joan had everything we needed and it made it so easy. The condo is in a perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the pool and beach were spectacular. Joan was an amazing host. By far the best we ever had. She was extremely attentive. You won't be disappointed.

Great Property

The property has been recently updated and is very nice. The check-in process was well communicated and easy. We really enjoyed the very large oceanfront patio with plenty of space for all of us. We watched dolphins swim by every morning. The beach and ocean were gorgeous. We had a wonderful time!

We just returned from a one week stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was perfect and just as pictured. This condo is very clean, up to date and equipped with everything you need for your stay. We really appreciated not having to buy laundry detergent, toilet paper and other supplies. Grocery store, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The Trolley stops right outside the front door. This complex is small and a little dated but the pool area and hot tub are both very nice and clean. The Maintenance guy is around all day keeping things tidy and answering questions. The facility is very secure with controlled access to the building. The beach is steps away and very nice for walking and shelling. The property owner is very responsive to questions and checks in to make sure everything is ok.

Had Everything We Needed!

When we stay in condos, we pack trash bags, Saran Wrap, laundry detergent, Tupperware for leftovers etc, but this place had all of that and more! Places often advertise they have beach towels and you get there and there are only 2- this place had enough beach towels for everyone. I thought this place was a little pricey, but it was during spring break week and I’m pretty sure the bathroom shower, bathroom countertops and kitchen countertops were all new- everything was nice. The beach was not too crowded and we did utilize the pool and hot tub. You can walk to putt-putt and St. John’s Pass from the condo. The balcony is really nice. There is even a towel rack on the balcony which is very handy! I can’t think of anything negative. We had two adults, several teens and a child and everyone had a great time.

We had an amazing family stay! Loved watching dolphins right from the balcony every morning. The new pool and hot tub were beautiful and just steps away from a super clean, uncrowded beach. Great location—close to John’s Pass, restaurants, activities and easy access to main roads. The area felt very safe and family-friendly. Only minor downside was the low water pressure in the showers, but everything else was perfect! Of note - property itself is older but well-kept and maintained.

We absolutely loved this property. It was right on the beach with pool access so going back and forth with two small kiddos wasn’t a horrible process. The condo itself was beautiful and we enjoyed the space and the balcony.

Beautiful view of the ocean! We loved the beach right out our front door!! So peaceful sitting on the patio listening to the waves. A few mornings the dolphins were right out in front of us. Pool and hot tub were amazing! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a day at the beach! Lots of room in the bathrooms for the 6 of us to get ready. We all would definitely book here again!
