"Le Bleuet" is part of the Prinquières estate.
The latter is located in a beautiful green valley. An ideal location in the Lot, 25 minutes from Sarlat la Caneda, 45mins from Rocamadour and 55 minutes from the Gouffre de Padirac. It is also close to the river, with many prehistoric caves, beautiful castles, impressive gardens and charming villages typical of the Perigord.

The gite is an old barn converted into 3 gîtes well separated from each other, while retaining the typical original French features: the oak beams, as well as the stone walls typical of the region.
To the front there is a terrace with table, chairs and umbrella for breakfast in the morning sun.
In the evening, guests can enjoy a barbecue with a good local wine at sunset on the furnished rear terrace.
The cottage overlooks a large exterior (2,500h) surrounded by a forest and a small lake.
Le Bleuet is a cosy cottage for 2 people.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and washing machine. A clothes dryer, ironing board and ironing board are also available.
The living/dining room is pleasantly and comfortably furnished.

The upstairs bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160cm) with bedside table and bedside lamp, wardrobe.
The bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is also on this floor.
In the garden, the communal swimming pool will refresh you on hot days.

The 5x10m swimming pool is equipped with a terrace to enjoy the sun in comfortable sun loungers.
