In a green setting, ideally located at the crossroads of several fabulous sites, on the heights of a village in the Lot, you can spend a good holiday and enjoy many activities (visits, tasting, hiking, parties, animal parks, canoes). ROCAMADOUR (15 mn), SARLAT LA CANEDA (30 mn) ... This single storey cottage of 95 m2 consists of a terrace, two bedrooms with their bathroom and toilet, large living room, open kitchen with dining area. The cottage is fenced and independent and its swimming pool 8 x 4 with its terrace and sunbath, only used by tenants. A courtyard for children, a flower garden. No smoking and pets not allowed. Note that the swimming pool is closed at the end of September and that for months requiring heating from October to the end of May, the meter index will be read on arrival and departure. (8 kwh / day are granted, beyond that, they will be charged 0. 15 € / kwh)

1er séjour à Pinsac

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gite et dans cette région. Très bon accueil et des hôtes très sympathiques. Belle prestation de ce gite. Et nous adorons la région.

une magnifique maison de vacances

On a passé un excellent sejour dans cette location. C'est une très jolie maison, bien équipée et avec une piscine et une terrasse ombragée. C`est une location parfaite en tout point pour nous quatre. La maison est dix minutes a pied d´une petite superette est restaurant est il est à dix minutes en voiture de tous les commerces. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l'écoute quand on a des questions. Il y avait même des petits cadeaux à l'arrivée. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine en dordogne, merci beaucoup. Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus eine tolle Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit Pool (Salzwasser und beheizt) und einer schattigen Terasse. Es ist für vier Personen genau richtig. In zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man einen kleinen Supermarkt mit Restaurant und in zehn Minuten mit dem Auto findet man alle weiteren Geschäfte, die es zum Leben braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und wenn man Fragen hat immer ansprechbar. Es gab sogar eine kleine Grundausstattung bei der Ankunft (Wein, Kaffee, Frühstück usw.). Es war wirklich eine tolle Zeit, ganz herzlichen Dank!

La perfection existe

Comment qualifier ce séjour... 15 jours de fin août à septembre. Bénédicte et Jean Luc sont un couple exceptionnel ! Ils ont cette vocation dans le coeur et donnent du coeur à leur gîte (et de l'attention aux hôtes !). Un séjour extraordinaire, ils sont fait pour çà... Tout y est, la gentillesse, la discrétion (piscine nettoyée tous les matins !), gel douche, produits de première nécessité, cadeaux d'arrivée... Il ne manque absolument rien, mais rien ! Jusqu'au moindre détails... Parfait du début à la fin... Piscine, propriétaires et équipements au top ! Sans compter cette magnifique et extraordinaire région aux 1001 merveilles (qu'ils nous aident à découvrir qui plus est !) Nos meilleures vacances depuis fort longtemps... Nous recommandons ++++++++ Merci pour tout à vous !!

Formidable

Maison tout confort, idéalement située proche de nombreux sites touristiques (Rocamadour, Padirac, Sarlat,...). La piscine privative est parfaite. Les propriétaires sont adorables et au petit soin. Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir séjourner dans ce gîte pour finir de découvrir la région.
