Excellent property, clean, cozy, perfect for a low-key girls bachelorette weekend. Close to the river. Spacious backyard for yard games. Would also recommend Riverwood Canoe and Kayak Rental for a nice kayak float down the St. Croix River and you could probably even walk there from this property. Would stay again!

Cons: I missed the fact there was no washer and dryer. The ac is window units. The host didn’t reply on my asking if there was availability to stay an extra day. It may not have been, but it would have been nice to know. Pros: The toilet paper, garbage bags and supplies were well stocked. There were window ac units in all bedrooms but one. Very clean. Lovely location.

Great Getaway!

This house is beautifully historic and spacious. We had plenty of space for 7 adults and 2 kids, with room to spare. We enjoyed a daily quick walk to downtown Osceola and the centralized location for other destinations.

Historic Beauty

This home was stunning. I adore older craftsman homes and it was very clean and quaint. My group loved the layout and spent time hanging out in every room!

Great house

We loved staying at this location. A beautiful home, with lots of historic finishes - hard wood floors, wainscoting in the bathroom, etc. It reminded us of when we lived in Uptown, Minneapolis. Very clean, and the property manager had great communication.

Ladies Trip

What a lovely property. The space and layout was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the hot tub and had a great time playing cards in the spacious dinning room. It was a wonderful location within walking distance to the quaint downtown. We also were able to find a nice Saturday morning yoga class at a local winery. Overall a wonderful place to stay and enjoy time recharging with friends.

Great older home with so much charm!

We were visiting the area for a get-together of school friends and had a great time! The home had everything we needed. We were just sorry we did not spend more time there at the house and the downtown area within walking distance is so cute! The hosts provided everything we needed and the home was exactly as described. I would totally recommend the home if you have a need for a place anywhere near Osceola.

Loved it

We loved the house with all it’s creaks and groans and plan to stay there again. And it is only 4 blocks from my sister’s house. One suggestion. A handrail on the back porch steps would be appreciated by us old folks. We had a lot of rain while we were there.
