1. Two dogs will be permissible per unit. Dogs must not weigh more than 30 pounds and 19 inches high.

2. Per city statues dogs must be on a leash at all times when in the common area. Any damages caused by pets will be the
responsibility of the tenant to pay for damages.
3. Pet owners must pick up waste from pets in the common area or will be subject to a fine.
4. A $200 refundable pet deposit will be required for the 1st dog and $75 for the second dog. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if extra cleaning is necessary upon check-out
5. Please do not allow dogs in beds

Not a good start, but improved.

Our problem communicating was caused by having an incorrect phone number at the bottom of the email address. There was an 8 where there should have been a 7. Also, VRBO did not recognize my email address and password. After 5 voice messages and 2 texts a man a man in California replied and said he did not have a house to rent leaving me wonder what was going on. Fortunately, my husband was able to find the correct number and we connected with Collene after some anxiety. The unit was fine.
