Must rent for a 30 nights minimum.
We appereciate and encourage longer term renters with our good rates! Please don't split months during the high season of January through March. Come and enjoy The Grand at their one and only condminiun complex! We furish wifi, internet and unlimited streaming.

Very quiet unit on the third floor w/ balcony near pool!
There is a nice view off the balcony of The Grand. Great place for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine!Two elevators take you there! One tenant must be at least 45 or older.
Wifi, internet, streaming and all utilities are furnished.

La Solana is the only condominium project in Del Webb's The Grand. LaSolana has it's own club house, heated pool and hot tub. Enjoy wonderful amenities and daily activities in onsite managed clubhouse. All of the amenities of The Grand are available at a cost: 4 golf courses, rec center, indoor and outdoor pools. Shopping, restaurants and medical facicilities are all close. Biking and walking trails are available within the community. Covered parking for one car is assigned. Guest parking is also available.

Condo has a large master bedroom with walk-in closet. A separate dining area seats 6. The laundry room is off the bathroom, equipped with a washer and dryer. Ironing board and iron. Living room has a high end queen-sized sofa sleeper. Enjoy cooking in the well equipped kitchen.

Surprise in Surprise

We were surprised to say the least at how nice the accommodations were, the complex was clean and everyone was friendly. Great place to work from home, nice surroundings and close to restaurants and shopping, would definitely recommend this Vacation home to other adults.

This unit was perfect for me. Close to major highways yet quiet. Pool and hot tub was clean with plenty of seating and umbrellas. Bring your own pool/beach towels. Mattress was very comfortable. I did not use the pull out couch bed though I did see a mattress topper behind the couch. Couch and chairs were not the most comfortable for me. A small recliner would have been nice. Kitchen had everything I needed. Assigned covered parking was awesome.

January ‘23 in Grand

Nice unit and location. Recommend you request and review checkout checklist before staying here (too much cleaning expected of us). If you like a pillow top mattress, then no worries. My back could not take it. Air filter had not been changed in ages as we could see the dust build up.
