In Petit-Piquey, this Landes house clinging to its dune, easy to live in. The garden is quite large, with its sunny corners and also in the calm well shaded by a beautiful oak tree at the back.

The beautiful veranda offers a truly pleasant living space to enjoy the naturally ventilated warmth.

A two-minute walk from the sandy beach of La Truquette, a ten-minute walk from the beach of Pointe aux Chevaux, passing through the oyster farmers' village, with all the food shops near Piquey (Boulangerie Chez Paulin, Caterer, fishmonger, market gardener (Open from June until September).
The ocean is in a straight line 3.5 km away via the cycle path leading to the Océanes beaches.

This villa offers you 5 bedrooms and 1 bathroom: 3 bedrooms with a 140 cm bed; 2 children's bedrooms with 2 separate 90cm beds. All have storage.

The living room has a fireplace; the closed kitchen is equipped (large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine).
The living room opens onto a terrace equipped with a table seating 8 people and a BBQ area; The large garden is perfect for children.

Maison spacieuse 5 chambres mais 1 seul wc 1 seule salle de bain avec une douche extérieure avec eau chaude bienutile pour le retourde plage. Pas de clim mais de grands avant toits qui preservent un peu de la chaleur. Idéalement située proche de la plage du bassin et à 5km de l'ocean a proximité des commerces. En entrant dans un grand sejour cuisine séparée bien équipée. Un couloir central qui dessert chambres et toilettes. Beaucoup de bois dans cette maison qui bien qu'un peu ancienne ne manque pas de charme.

Grande et agréable maison au Cap-Ferret

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, la maison est grande et bien équipée, près du village et des commerces. Plages du bassin accessibles en vélo et à pied, plages de la Garonne et du Truc-Vert très facilement accessibles en voiture et en vélo. Très bien pour des vacances en famille!
