Ideal location, 500 m from the beach and the bustling heart of Moulleau, everything is on foot in the shade of tall pines! Fredon grocery store at 200m.
Villa recently renovated, on a plot of 650 m2. Fireplace in working order.
Very calm.
Heated pool under construction (7.5 x 3.5 m) will be usable in spring 2020. Large wooden terrace around.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis

Merci beaucoup à Veronique pour ce séjour incroyable dans sa maison. L'endroit était impeccable, confortable et très bien équipé, nous avons vraiment apprécié la proximité de la plage. C'était un plaisir de séjourner dans cette maison, et nous espérons avoir l'occasion de revenir bientôt !

Maison propre, bien équipée, joli jardin et idéalement située : proche de tout, y compris la plage à pied ! Petit coin tranquille dans le jardin, avec un bar côté piscine super cool!
