The unit was beautifully decorated and the kitchen and bathrooms were high end. The views of the sound and sunsets every night were amazing! We would definitely stay there again.

Hilton Head Haven

Really good location in Sea Pines. House is very comfortable and clean; maintained very well. Sofa bed not so comfortable; that should get updated. Easy access to the beach and bay. Neighborhood great for biking. Kayaking and other water activities are close by. Enjoyed Dolphin watching daily.

Love the location. Some issues with wasps under the eaves (nests noted in two places)that occasionally came into the screened porch. Electrical outlets in the master bedroom were an issue. Overall would stay in the area, not sure i would stay in the same property.

Wow! What a great vacation property!

Beautiful home! A+ location. My family stayed here in July and couldn't be happier with the house and the proximity to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had most things we needed. We spent the evenings on the screened in porch which was lovely. The pool was also very close! The trolley is in walking distance from the house which made it so easy to get to Harbour Town without the headache of parking - which we experienced 100% when we drove. We will be back!

Beautiful View

This property is perfect for your family. We had 4 children, 2 adults, and it was the perfect size. The walk to the beach is short and convenient with small children. You can't hear the beach from the house, but you will most definitely see dolphins from the house! Riding bikes with small children is not as terrifying as i expected. There are bike trails everywhere and the distance to eat or get ice cream is manageable. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our future vacations.

First Visit to HHI

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my family's first time to visit the island and we were not sure what to expect. We fell in love with the. view from the back yard. We watched the Ospray catch fish all day. We sat and watched the dolphin swim by from morning until evening. There were deer that hung out behind the house as well. It was very beautiful and peaceful. There were a few things that could have been communicated a little better. For instance how to open the front door once the code was entered. It would be nice to have a map of seapines. We were not sure where the pool was or how to access it. It would have been helpful to have a some information about what to expect at the beach. There were a lot of sticks laying in piles on the beach as well as jelly fish on shore. The flooring in the spare bedroom upstairs and the one with the twin beds was really painful to walk on in bare feet. It would be nice if you had some rugs to lay down or change the flooring in those 2 rooms. It also looked like there may be some leaks either from the bathrooms or the upstairs laundry room. Note that the washing machine is really loud so you won't want to wash anything before gong to bed. Aside from that some of the outdoor furniture is old and needs to be replaced with newer more comfortable furniture. We thought the location was perfect and we had a really great time togehter.

This property was clean, well appointed and had everything you needed. We love this area and neighborhood. We have been to over 7 different homes here. This property is wonderful. My only complaint was is that one bathroom that was pictured as a bathroom was not in this property. One thing I know is that several of these homes have a tiny one person bathrooms in the master & if I understand that to be the case, I will choose another property. Hopefully the picture of the bathroom with double sinks is gone.

The homeowners recently completed a renovation of the downstairs bathroom and refreshed an upstairs bathroom. Due to the timing of the renovations and the villa's busy rental schedule, we haven't yet had an opportunity to complete updated photography. We love the area—beautiful, quiet, so close to beach, and deer practically in the back yard! #7 is the third house we’ve stayed in during those years, and by FAR the loveliest. Most are quite similar but #7 surpassed the others in location, amenities, maintenance, comfort, and charm. We especially enjoyed the comfortable furniture, well-equipped kitchen, and huge composite deck (no splinters), with great chairs and fire pit! I will make every effort to “land” in this house again next summer!!!Thank you for a great vacation home.

Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property fit our needs very well. It is situated at the very tip of Hilton Head Island in Sea Pines. This is both a negative and a plus; it makes it a long drive (30 mins) to get out of Sea Pines but it is quiet and has lovely views of the sound. These house are duplexes but that wasn’t an issue for us in the winter time. (Might be in summer.) Furnishings were adequate and beds comfortable. Kitchen was fairly well equipped, could have used more small pots. I left my very nice flat grill pan there by accident so they have a new grill pan. Ha! Nice grill but we didn’t use it because it was so windy and cold on our trip. No placemats were available and only 2 D/W pods provided. I learned after the fact that if I’d gone thru the rental management company I would have saved myself $275 (I think that was the charge) that went directly to VRBO, which I will do if I rent this property again. They did offer a $250 credit toward beach equipment (bikes for us) which was nice.

Great location, quiet and clean property

We had a great week here as a family. Plenty of room for mom,dad, toddler and grandparents. Location is right off the beach which was very calm and great for my toddler to play at. A bit farther from Harbor Town than I thought but we could get there by bike or car pretty quick. My only wish is that the kitchen had a few more basics (cooking spray, tin foil, olive oil, hand soap). Overall a great place to stay and would stay again. Property management company was also very responsive and easy to work with.

Pure heaven!

As always, a wonderful vacation in Sea Pines Resort. The home is only a 1 minute walk to the ocean. We spent our mornings sitting on the porch enjoying the ocean view, relaxing on the beach during the day, and seeing the dolphins everyday right off the shore. My son was fortunate enough to see a sea turtle late one evening. We rode our bikes to Salty Dog for dinner, and to the lighthouse to enjoy the live music on weekday nights (great for the kids!). We will be back again!

A few recommendations: please repair the screen door, give the renters more control of the top floor AC---it was extremely challenging to regulate the temperature at night, spray the yard for mosquitos.

The interior of the home was nicely appointed. The only thing lacking was proper maintenance of the front and back porches, the wooden walkway, and the landscaping. Minor corrections make this place a "10". Coastal did a particularly great job communicating that the home would be ready for early check-in. Great Customer Service!
