Great beach getaway

The place was great for our family of 5. There was plenty of room for us, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was clean. The pool is right across the parking lot and the beach is a short 8 min walk. Would stay here again!

30A First Timers

We loved this property and had a wonderful experience communicating with the owner. This was our first trip to 30A and we weren't 100% sure what to expect or what would make a location great. This spot was fantastic. It is close to two different public beach access points and brief walk/bike ride to food and shops. The unit itself is much more spacious than the photos can capture. The bedrooms were well appointed, beds comfortable and common areas bright and happy. The unit is just across the parking lot from the pool which is convenient. The beach chairs and umbrellas stored at the unit were really a huge plus. To not have to pack or bring those things was fantastic and we found them to be good quality. We will definitely look to see if this property is available in the future because we will definitely be returning to 30A.

Santa Rosa Beach Condo Upscale!

The condo and location were perfect for our family vaca. Boys 12 and 14 loved the proximity to the beach and condo pool. We rented a golf cart at the shop across the street and used this to check out different beaches and restaurants. The condo was new, remarkably clean, and secure (gated). I felt very comfortable and safe having my family there. Overall a 5 star experience and would highly recommend.

Great condo with a great location

Only a short walk to the beach access and a few restaurants. Pool is right across the parking lot. Overall the complex was very quiet. Will definitely consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful time at the beach condo and it was a perfect fit for our two families. The kids loved the pull out beds and the pool was super close. Great condo and very clean. Owner was pleasant and easy to reach. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

The condo was incredible! Big bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets. It was really nice to have the six beach chairs and two umbrellas to bring to the beach. I was also able to communicate with the owner during our stay very easily. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation

This condo was super clean with a well stocked kitchen. It was great to have beds for eight people! And plenty of bath towels! So nice to have beach chairs available, and the porch gets great afternoon sun! An easy five minute walk to the beach with many restaurants within a five to ten minute also. Sandy was great to work with - responded very quickly and was so very helpful. It was nice to have her restaurant recommendations too. Can't say enough nice things about her - Sandy made this last minute family vacation stress-free! Would highly recommend.

We have had a great experience hosting our guests and look forward to adding this new, luxury condo so near the beach. We actually spend about half the year in Santa Rosa Beach and will use the condo with family and friends. Thanks for considering our condo for your vacation.

Why they chose this property

We love the modern, clean looks of this new condo development, Hidden Lakes. It is close to all the things you want for your vacation, especially the beach and restaurants. We also appreciate that the west end of 30A is more laid-back and less traffic. Have fun walking on sunshine!

One of the much appreciated benefits of this condo is that each bedroom has its own private bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
