About this property

St. Teresa beach is a little known paradise on the Forgotten Coast. Relaxation, calm, sunrise & sunset views are guaranteed. This authentic "old Florida" beach house is split into 3 units, with a shared beach front.
This hidden gem is a short drive to historic Carrabelle & Apalachicola, Fl. It has everything you need for a relaxing escape. It is ideal for families, artists, writers, boating/fishing, kayakers, history buffs, photographers, etc.
On entering the front door you are practically at the beach, just walk through the screened porch and there you are. Fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to create wonderful seafood if you like. Two bedrooms, king in Master and queen with two twins in the other. Mattresses are new or have a memory foam topper. Master has a 1/2 bath. Full bath plus you have an large outdoor shower with private entrance just off the beach.
Kayaks, paddle board, umbrellas and beach chairs to use. Beach, deck on beach and front lawn are shared space. Fire pit on beach side and gas grill right off the porch.
All linens and beach towels provided. Enough for 6.
Washer dryer are to the right as you come in the front porch. This is a shared laundry, please be respectful of others. Pets considered, please contact host.
Boats welcome, marinas and boat ramps near by.

Peaceful beach getaway

My friend and I discovered St. Teresa during the pandemic and have visited each year, enjoying the lovely "forgotten coast" feel of the area. This is our first stay at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Check-in and check-out were easy and we had everything we needed. The beach view from the screened-in porch was beautiful and a bonus is the comfy bed on the porch! We enjoyed the night sky filled with stars (and meteors from the Geminid shower). Thanks again for a relaxing holiday!

Relaxation destination!

If you are looking for a non-commercialized beach vacation then St. Teresa is the place to come. High rise hotels and condominiums do NOT line the shore. Instead you will find regular houses facing the ocean. You will be able to walk the beach without having to avoid crowds of people. If you are looking to relax in peace and quiet, you will have found the perfect place to do it.

Relaxing and Fun Getaway in Quiet Neighborhood

The house was clean and well organized and had everything we needed. The convenience to the beach, kayaks, and beach toys could not have been easier. The neighbors were great and the beach was uncrowded and peaceful. We really enjoyed taking a paddle around each day and discovering all the sea life and shells; and starting and ending our days watching the ocean from the porch. We would love to come back.

My husband Jacques and I have lived in the Tallahassee area for over 20 yrs. We raised 3 wonderful daughters and have 2 grandchildren (so far). We are excited to offer Seaglass for others to enjoy the beautiful forgotten coast of North Florida.
We love to paddle board, kayak and be outside. Seaglass is great for that!

Seaglass is a gem on St Teresa Beach. You can not find this type of beauty and peace along this gulf coast, a place to clear your head, hear the sounds of nature and enjoy.
Fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, nature watching and history are some of the activities you can enjoy.
Everything you need to wind down, relax and enjoy nature.
It is a multi family house with 3 separate units, one upstairs and two down stairs each with their own private porches.

What makes this property unique

Beach front has a shallow shoal that goes out about 100 feet. The tides allow a nice flat shallow area for kids to play.
Beach is not open to the public. There is 3 miles of beach front and has very few people on it.
