This home features Westerly & Northern views both scenic and serene as well as peaceful gulf views from your lanai, and bay views from the front (eastern side) of the condo.....Your very own little piece of paradise!

Primary bedroom has king size bed & on-suite large master bath with double sinks, extra large shower, & walk in closet. Primary bedroom also includes flatscreen TV and direct beach view! Guest bedroom includes queen size bed with a flatscreen TV, with plenty of storage and bay views from guest window. Kitchen is fully equiped with marble/quartz counter tops, new Bosch high end appliances, cabinets. There is a full size washer/dryer off the kitchen. Dining room seats 4 with extra seating available breakfast bar area where there are 3 bar stools. Floor plan features open kitchen, dining, & living space with huge lanai. Living room features plenty of seating with L shaped couch and built ins.
Casa Bonita Grande is an exceptionally maintained building with private pool & hot tub, , 2 grilling areas, community room (under construction), and is a secured building.
