This renovated space is the perfect spot for your Lake Geneva get away! One of three nautical themed apartments in this building, it is located just blocks from the lake and less than a mile from the downtown district. Half a mile to the famous Riviera (easy walk with sidewalk). A hop, skip and jump from the famous Geneva Lake shore path. Walk to nearby restaurant Lake City Social or have a craft cocktail at the Speakeasy bar at Maxwell Mansion. Very close to the Cove hotel, Bella Vista, and Clearwater Outdoor paddleboard and kayak rentals. Boat rentals less than a mile away!

The Geneva Suite in on the ground-level and features one bedroom (king bed) and two daybeds (each with a pull-out trundle) in the living room to accommodate a total of six guests.

Great Getaway

This property was the perfect size and location for an early week getaway. It was quiet and perfect walking distance to downtown. Air quality kept us inside when we were there but the backyard would have been a great place for a fire, chilling and conversation.

We stayed at the Beach house for our mystery vacation in Lake Geneva. Walking distance to the lake and downtown. Loved the Geneva room and the beautiful back yard. I would definitely recommend if you are coming to Lake Geneva.

Overall, everything was excellent. Quick getaway for the weekend. Close to downtown, nice amenities provided, easy check-in, great parking. Outside area looked nice, but way too cold this weekend to partake. Will definitely be back in the summer!

Awesome vacation spot!

This place is awesome! It's very clean, well decorated and cozy. The bed is extremely comfortable. The location is superb, right near the center of town and very close to the lake. There are no upstairs neighbors so no noise and so very quiet. I love the backyard too. This is our second time staying here and we will be back. And Samantha is just amazing and so very responsive! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Property had everything we could need, it is located right next to a dealership and is not really in the downtown area. It says 1/2 a mile from the beach and I am sure it is, I just wasn’t expecting to have ti drive to everything.
