This is a one bedroom upper level unit with a sofa in living room easy to sleep on . There are incredible views of the property overlooking the pool , jaquzzi and grounds . The unit is spacious with a great room that encompasses the living space , dining space and kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to bake or cook a gourmet meal . There is a two top wolf range , full fridge , microwave/confection oven , coffee maker , blender & toaster .

Beautiful property and gracious hosts! Perfect getaway for a long weekend. The town of Arroyo Grande is a little gem, and other attractions such as beaches, wineries, hiking, shopping area are close.We will definitely be back!

Great location for a wedding in Nipomo. Wish we had had time to visit nearby wineries! Wonderful deck view of the gorgeous grounds and pool. We were welcomed with yummy homemade banana bread and fresh berries. Very comfortable bed. Welcoming host.

Relaxing Solitude

This is a great place to sink into. The unit is wonderful and the private yard, pool and hot tub hard to leave when it's time to rejoin the outside world.

magnificent home

Diane was a delightful host and her home was magnificent. We loved being so close to everything while also feeling so wonderfully secluded. The place is so peaceful one day we even canceled our morning plans simply so we could enjoy the pool. I heartily recommend staying in this home to everyone.

Lives up to its name!

Very comfy for all activities lounging playing games doing art watching tv meditating dipping your feet in the spa. If you’re really looking to swim I would check in with the hosts in the summer. The pool was more for the aesthetics. Really pretty and large acres of land to go on morning walks and take in the views. Seems good to rent the Pettit barn if you are bring family or a group together for relaxation. Not too far from Hearst castle (1.5 hour or so). Really beautiful views of the central coast if you take a drive up and down the 1.

We enjoyed our visit in your beautiful property. The apartment was very comfortable and peaceful. The village was close with fun restaurants and the beach was nearby as well.

We wanted to renovate this old schoolhouse. We wanted the peace an solitude of the country . We wanted a short drive to the beach .
