Ideal vacation home, walking distance from the beach

A large covered terrace, garden and barbecue, sea views for a relaxing and quiet vacation in the exceptional setting of Cap Ferrat, close to the Grand Hotel.

The house sleeps 8, with a master bedroom on the ground floor (with bathroom) and the other three on the 1st floor (all four with A-C).

The village, port and beaches are only 3/5 minutes away by car, and 10 minutes walking as it's also easy to get down to the St Jean village, port and Les Fosses beach via the Montée du Cap (staircase), very close from the villa.
It's up to you to discover the treasures of Saint Jean by visiting the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild, or take the seaside path around the peninsula...or go for a swim at the famous Paloma or Passable beaches!
Saint Jean Cap Ferrat is only 20 minutes drive from Nice and 30 minutes from Monaco, and 10 minutes from the beautiful village of Villefranche sur mer.

The house is equipped with a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a garage and space to park two other cars.

Welcome Home

We never met our host but felt she was family. The home was beautiful, great location, and wonderfully comfortable. Walkable to restaurants m, close to beach, close to shopping, and friends we made. We would highly recommend this to everyone.

Perfect House in Cap Ferrat

We enjoyed a wonderful 9 nights in Cap Ferrat. The house was so clean and comfortable for our family of 5 adults. We could walk from our house to St Jean and we also took a morning run everyday from the lighthouse along the stunning coastal path. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches in the area and we ate some delicious food in the surrounding restaurants. The house was perfect for our family and our host Isabelle couldn’t have been more helpful with suggestions of things to do in the local area. Thank you Isabelle!
