Three floor lovely 150sqm house with 3 bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms (1 with king size bed, 1 with twin beds and 1 with twin beds and two additional beds).
Design kitchen fully equipped, dining area and large, bright living room.
Cellar with washing / driyer machine.
Stunning 60sqm terrace overviewing the village on one side and the sea on the other. The lower part of the terrace is equipped with a table for 8 people, fridge, barbecue and shower; the higher is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.
The house has a private lift, air conditioning and wifi connection in all areas.
Located in the center of the village, it is only 3 minute walking distance from two south-exposed charming beaches.

Ettore, the host and Elena, the property manager were both super helpful and responsive. The property was comfortable, spotlessly clean, well equipped and convenient to the center of town. Originally we had booked a rental car but cancelled it and walked pretty much everywhere - restaurants, beaches, shops, etc were all easy to reach on foot. We highly recommend this property!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay, location is perfect, short walk to the beaches, short walk to the center, yet very quiet place. Roof top terrace is the best feature, it has retractable cover that works really well, and it gets shade in the morning and evening which makes it perfect for outdoor meals.

This family house is showing its age a bit but represents a good value for the size, large rooftop, perfect location, parking, and stunning view! A few negative points: lack of soap in all bathrooms and lack of a few other basic amentiies (hair dryer, paper towels); some areas were showing rust and not perfectly clean; lots of narrow stairs that get slippery.

Wonderful in all respects

The triplex is tres chic. Clean, modern, great kitchen (sharp knives and good cookware, which always earns bonus points from me) and terrific communication with the responsive property manager. Easy, lovely walk to the beach (uncrowded in beautiful weather) and hiking trails and all the seaside restaurants you could want. The elevator makes the three floors ( four if you count the basement with the washer) easy for older folks. The roof terrace has a barbecue grill and dining table which we took full advantage of with sea and mountain views from either side. Safe, comfy, clean and astonishingly beautiful. What more can a traveler ask for?

Great location for all that St Jean Cap Ferrat has to offer

Easy access and lovely walks to a number of beaches and only a few minutes walk from the centre of the village. The rooftop is lovely with a sea view and is a great place to relax while babies are sleeping.

We had a great stay!

We are a regular Vrbo travelers and would rate this fantastic appartment as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. Rooms are spacious, the living room is very confortable and the kitchen is modern and well equipped. The terrace is perfect to relax and views from up there are stunning! The appartment was very clean and had really everything we needed to feel at home; and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to go (beaches, village centre and some really nice restaurants). Ettore was very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever we had any question. We would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Bellissimo weekend al mare

Conoscevamo già la zona ma è sempre bello tornare. La casa è molto accogliente e fornita di tutte le necessità, le camere sono ampie, il soggiorno luminoso e nella grande terrazza si può mangiare e prendere il sole con vista mare. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissima!
