Relax to the sounds of the waves and the feel of the Gulf breeze. You will love this charming condo right on the Gulf of Mexico. It’s the perfect spot for a couple or small family. This 1-bedroom Gulf-Front unit has a king bed, sleeper sofa, full-size laundry and hallway bunks.

With a stay at this well-maintained condo you'll have access to complimentary beach chair service March 1-October 31. Two chairs and an umbrella will be set up on the beach for you, weather permitting.

For rainy days or movie nights, relax together on the comfy sofa in front of the large TV. You'll want to spend your mornings on the balcony taking in the salt water breezes. This spot is the best place to grab a sunrise. Or a sunset if you're not a morning person.

You'll have easy access to the beautiful beach walkover. Put your toes in the sand in just minutes. The quiet beach area offers families a special vacation getaway, yet it's close to great shopping and restaurants. Mistral Condominiums are located between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove Beach allowing for swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues spread out along the coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location, we had stayed down 30A close to this property before. Great beach access - chairs/umbrella set up everyday if you wanted to.Had issue with the bed frame the first day, but BM customer service had a Maintenance person onsite within hour to rectify issue. Very professional - great communication all thru rental process and during stay at property.

2023 Annual Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This our 3rd time staying at Mistral and we love it. Small condo complex, easy access to the beach and with this condo the beach chairs & umbrella setup was included. Luke was awesome and had us set in my specific/ requested area everyday - he was a very awesome, courteous hardworking young man. As far as the condo- perfect. Check in was easy, condo was updated and had everything we needed.

Had potential but mostly failed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed. Bathroom hot water at the sink was turned off because of constant noisy dripping, the screen to the sliding door was upside down and backwards (we fixed it ourselves), sliding door trim is all rusted and there was a rusted piece of metal on the balcony, no screen in bedroom window, no paper towel provided, wall clock had no battery and sofa cushion torn and worn.
