Beautiful views of the lake through the big living room windows. Plenty of room outside to lounge by the lake, play games in the big yard or have a campfire in the evening. Grill out and have a nice lunch on the spacious deck. Take the kayaks or pedal boat out.

Sleeps 7 people comfortably. Renter Agreement needs to be signed after booking.

Pets and boats may be allowed. Host approval is required. Pet fees and rules need to be agreed to.

The living room and dining has great views overlooking the lake. There is a desk, high-speed internet, and smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make meals in the comfort of your home away from home. Includes a coffee maker with K-cup brewer, toaster, crock pot, dishwasher, and Infrared propane grill outside.

In the summer there is plenty of deck space to relax on and a big, grassy area for yard games and a fire pit. There is a private dock and 100 ft of waterfront. Small sandy beach. Fishing in the summer and ice fishing when the lake freezes over. The mini barn has yard games, outdoor chairs, summer fishing poles, and fun pool floats. There are 2- 10ft kayaks, 2 small kayaks with a 150 lb limit, and a pedal boat.

Whole house access, deck, large yard, lakefront. There is no central air but we have A/C units in each bedroom and the living room.

There will be me or someone nearby if you need anything and will respond within the hour.

Very laid-back lake and community. There are restaurants within 5-15 minutes away. Fred Meijer Flat River Trail access in Sidney is about 8 minutes away. There's a general store 5 mins away for quick items and grocery stores 12 minutes away.

PETS *Well behaved pets are allowed for a fee of $25 per day, amount of pets allowed is in the property listing. -----Dog cannot have a bite history due to liability.
-Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, bring baggies.
-Do not allow pets on furniture and beds.
-Do not use throw blankets or guest towels for dogs.
-Dogs should be leashed if they are not by your side when outdoors.
-DO NOT LET YOUR PETS IN NEIGHBORS YARDS.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors yards and their wellbeing since your pets do not know them.
-If you need to leave your pet behind in the cottage, you may do so as long as they are in a crate and do not bark constantly while you're gone.
-No bathing pets in tub/shower or outside shower if present. Use outdoor hose if needed (summer only).
*You must communicate with Host regarding any PETS before booking.
-If you plan to break the pet rule about animals in the beds, please bring your own bedding, sheets, pillow cases and comforter. (Or simply bring a throw cover if you think your pet will hangout on top of the bed.)
-If you break the PET RULE for PETS ON BEDS and there is pet hair in linens, you will be charged for the replacement fee for the bedding of $125

All sheets and duvet covers are laundered between guest stays. Smoke and CO detectors as well as fire extinguisher gauges are checked for functionality.

FEES?
Smoke/Marijuana smell in home: $200 Fee. This can be from just having the product in the home and/or on clothes you smoke in so be mindful and leave those in your vehicle.
Pets in bed(s): $125 per bed to replace linens
Pet Fee: $25/per day- must have prior host approval
Stays 10 days and greater are subject to mid-stay clean of $35 added additionally.
