Welcome to Easy Livin’ — a private, single-level Smoky Mountain cabin designed for couples, families, or small groups. This cozy retreat combines modern amenities with classic cabin charm. With two queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area, it’s a great choice for up to 6 guests. Outside, enjoy a private hot tub, fire pit, and peaceful seasonal mountain views, all just minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

MAIN LIVING SPACE
The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A plush sectional sofa sits in front of the electric fireplace and flat-screen TV, making it a cozy spot for movie nights.

The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and cookware essentials. The dining table seats 4, ideal for meals or games.

• Primary bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bathroom
• Second queen bedroom on the opposite side of the cabin for added privacy
• Both bedrooms include TVs with DirecTV
• Twin-size air mattress available (perfect for kids)
• Both bathrooms feature tub/shower combos and starter toiletries

OUTDOOR RETREAT
• Covered front porch with peaceful views
• Private hot tub on the back deck surrounded by nature
• Fire pit for late-night s’mores and stargazing
• Park-style charcoal grill for cookouts

GUEST ACCESS
• Full, private access to the entire cabin
• Parking for up to 2 cars on the paved driveway
• Please note: the driveway is steep and not suitable for trailers

• Minimum renter age is 21
• No pets, smoking, parties, or events allowed
• Signed rental agreement and government ID required before arrival
• Guests must bring their own firewood and charcoal/lighter
• Outdoor security cameras at the front and back of the cabin for security (no cameras inside)

The driveway was impossible to get up. You have to have AWD and probably a truck to get up to the cabin. My charger was not able to make it up and we slid down from the driveway! Everytime we left or came back to the cabin we had to hike up because of how steep the hill is. Needs to be written in the description, with better pictures!!

For our 4 adults and one toddler, there was plenty of space, and the cabin was safe for our little boy. Location is nice environmentally. It is a timely drive from popular attractions if it’s crowded, so traffic can be lengthy, as expected. Only downsides are minuscule issues like DVD player not ejecting or outside decorative string lights not working properly, no effect on the overall experience, which was very pleasant. Communication was great. Would definitely recommend this stay.

Outside, the private hot tub on the back deck feels tucked away in the trees, creating a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. The fire pit is perfect for s’mores and stargazing, and the covered porch makes a cozy spot for morning coffee while looking out toward the foothills.

Another bonus is convenience—you’re within range for local food delivery, which is unusual for cabins in this area, and you’re still only a short drive to The Island in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg.

For larger groups, our other cabin Permanent Vacation is located just across the street. Renting both homes together is a perfect option for families or friends who want to be close but still have their own space.
