About this property

Loft 902 with Sunsets from the 14x32 covered deck almost every morning!

Our Loft is built above a garage.
There is 2 entry gates to get up to Loft 902. 1 way has 9 steps and then 6 more steps up to an open 14x32 covered deck or the other way only has 6 steps. Feel free to use either entry ways.
Located 2 avenues for gas, groceries, liquor and a bank.
Larger tiled walk in shower, fully loaded kitchen with an island, 2 king size bedrooms with duvets and lots of pillows if you want. Washer and Dryer in loft. Iron and board, Roku TV, free WiFi, reverse osmosis, Key-less entry, air conditioner, Large windows with lots of lighting. Gas fire place to use in the winter months.
Outside we have a gas BBQ if you ask, a small fire pit and wood, a large common area to do as you please.
I provide books, games, cards, puzzles to enjoy while you are staying.
We have added child books, a cup, plates and plastic spoons and forks.

We have just added a Generic (power station) Should never have power out!

Smoking of any kind is Not permitted in loft or on deck, but we have an area set up with ashtray next to loft!

U will find a booklet of rules and information you will need in Loft. Please read! Your WiFi code is in there.
Pamphlets on how to run gas fireplace properly and all other appliances. You will also find a binder full of what Estevan has here to visit. Restaurants to visit. A map of Estevan (go ahead and take one). Map of our walking trails.

We are in walking distance from of downtown area.

My brother and I passed through on a road trip, so we were only in Estevan for one night. Loft 902 was great - spacious, clean, and very nicely finished! We stayed in different places every night for 12 nights and this was the nicest

We have used VRBO for many stays around the globe and by far this has been the cleanest and the most well equipped. Definitely would stay again

Just like home!

This is one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed at. Teresa and Lyle are wonderful hosts. The beds are very comfortable and there is everything you need in this very clean place. We spent every morning and evening on the covered patio. Will definitely stay here again!!

This Loft is a real find!

Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in this beautiful Loft. Spacious and comfortable with a lot of of room to move! They were so thoughtful with all the amenities and extras they had to make our stay really comfortable! Would definitely stay there anytime we are In Estevan!

Fantastic place

Stayed to visit family in Estevan, was the best decision to book there. So relaxing and such a beautiful immaculate and clean place. Theresa & Lyle have put alot of time and energy into it and made sure our stay was everything we could of ask for. It has absolutely everything you need and more! They are fabulous people! Very nice spot in Estevan. Property was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could ask for. Bedrooms were large and well lit with comfortable king size beds. Nice big covered patio attached to front of property with plenty of seating. Grocery store a block away and several good restaurants nearby. Owners were great folks, very freindly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Diamond in the rough

As the title states a diamond in the rough. This is a great alternative to a hotel room if you are going to be in Estevan for more then 1 night. Located just off the main highway, it is easy to find and allows you to basically get anywhere you need to in Estevan quickly. The Loft itself is immaculate and very well equipped. If you are cooking, pretty much anything you need is provided in the kitchen, washer and dryer are there for use if needed also. Bedrooms are comfortable and large, only negative I would say is the blinds, I found it got to light in the bedrooms to early in the morning. Met Teresa and Lyle shortly after we arrived as they live right there. Very personable and easy to talk to and very willing to make your stay as comfortable as they can. Next time I am in town for more then one evening I will definitely being staying at the Loft again.

A diamond in a coal field

Teresa and Lyle have created a truly welcoming loft home in Estevan. Not only were the beds comfortable, but they had extra pillows available, every cooking utensil in the kitchen (though we didn’t cook), and were so sweet to talk to the two times we ran into them. There were options to purchase water, snacks, and a mini bar! As a woman I loved the fall candle and pumpkin spice lotion. I think these little touches really make it feel like a home and I would love to come back some day and spend more time actually at the loft. My fiancé and I enjoyed coffee on the porch watching the sun rise. Even he was impressed! He said it was his favorite place we have stayed to date. We cannot wait to go back again. Thank you for letting us stay Teresa and Lyle. ❤️

We are a fun down to earth couple that love entertaining, love having family and friends over. We also love traveling and meeting new people. We put our heart and soul into this one of a kind Loft for you to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

It was just built in 2019, we have a lot of parking . Quiet and real close to down town, the leisure centre, rinks, curling, swimming, walking track, restaurants, and a short distance to golfing and camping.
We are only minutes from 2 United States border crossing. Plus Hwy 39 is a route to Alaska.
You can see the most beautiful SUN RISES here!
PLEASE note we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS, including SERVICE ANIMALS and any Pets!
We want to make this place a place that you won't have to worry about your allergies, chemicals etc. A place where you can breathe safe.
Smoking is NOT permitted in Loft or on deck, but there is an area just off deck with chairs and an ashtray for those that do.

What makes this property unique

Our Loft has a 14x 32 covered deck for an excellent area to enjoy! Our are is quiet and so peaceful. We have a gas fireplace, 2 large bedrooms with king size beds and duvet covers, fully stocked kitchen with an island, washer /dryer (no charge), Reverse osmosis, air conditioning. We have a large tiled walk in shower. We have cards and a few games available. Books for all ages! Lots of pillows. We now have available high chair and playpen ( you must ask in advance to use them) as well as a gas BBQ we ask that you see if it is available to use. We also have reading glasses if you happen to forget yours. We have you covered for everything except your personal belongings and food if you would like to cook or you can enjoy the short distance to your downtown area or we have a Coop grocery store, liquor or gas only 2 avenues away.
We just added a generic, so if power goes out, no worries we have you covered.
Our Loft is situated on a hill leaving us up a distance to enjoy a better view. But you only have 6 steps to enter Loft. We have 2 ways to enter, one way has 9 steps and then 6 steps. You choose your entry. We have what we call a court yard that can be gated closed for you to enjoy. We also have a smoking area as we don not allow smoking in Loft or on deck. There is also a small area with a chimney fire pit for you to enjoy.
