This air-conditioned chalet is very well located near Ajaccio and at the gateway to the region of the Gulfs of Sagone and Porto.
Ideal for a couple, it has a bedroom, a shower room and a living room with kitchen area.
From your living room with open kitchen, you will have direct access to your private outdoor space with garden furniture and a barbecue. A covered wooden terrace will allow you to enjoy the outdoors for meals and moments of relaxation. The other side gives access to a sunny passageway. At the back of the chalet, a shaded relaxation area will allow you to rest under the hazelnut trees. A private parking space is located a few metres from the chalet.
The owners put their swimming pool at your disposal (from June 1st to September 30th) to refresh and relax. It is located only a few metres from your cottage.
In the region, you will have a wide choice of activities and visits: Ajaccio, the birthplace of Napoleon, the Monte Gozzi hike, the beaches of Ajaccio, Porticcio, Lava and a little further afield the landscapes of Sagone, Cargese, Piana and Porto
