Screened-in back porch facing patio with picnic table. Charcoal grill, large backyard with fire pit, covered front porch.
Central heat and air conditioning. TV with ROKU (no cable or satellite).
Close proximity to several wineries, approximately 1/2 mile to the Wine Hop for larger groups who need more accommodations, 1.5 miles to Running Horse Farm , 3.9 miles to the Harpersfield Covered Bridge Metro Park, 5 miles to The Spire Institute, 7 miles to Downtown Geneva - Home of the Grape Jamboree and 12 miles to Geneva on the Lake.
Water is supplied via a private well, you may prefer to bring your own bottled drinking water.

Perfect home away from home

This is absolutely the best property we’ve stayed in. Dennise and Randy have thought of everything. So clean, peaceful and just all around perfect! It’s the only place in Geneva we will stay.

Excellent home/location

Stayed in this beautiful home to visit local wineries. The location is excellent. Home is very clean, spacious and well equipped. This was our second time staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway from Family wedding

House provided a much needed hideaway - we didn't get to enjoy the surrounding wineries etc but there are a lot and the colors were spectacular. House was just as it appeared in the photos.

What a great time we had

We’ve stayed here before and always enjoy our stay. Very clean, all one on floor, and all the amenities of home. The owner communicates very well. We love this home away from home.

Perfect getaway

Lovely getaway

Absolutely perfect!

Denise is the best host ever! She truly thought of everything and her house was perfect. It was so clean, had every amenity, on a perfect piece of property and so much more. This was a girls weekend to celebrate a birthday and although we love the wineries, we really wanted a place to cook, play games etc. and this house was so perfect. We will definitely be back! Thank you Denise!

Awesome house

The pictures look great and yet, the house is even better in person. Extremely clean, nicely decorated, great location….the list of positives is endless. We enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard and the abundant supply of dry firewood. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. If you thought of something you needed, it was there…Blanket for sitting at the fire pit, check. Comfy outdoor chairs with cup holders, check. You cannot go wrong with this house. When visiting the area again, this will be our house to rent.

Perfect! Cute property, privacy w/huge backyard.

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place to stay close to the venue this in the been absolutely perfect. Within five minutes of being in the property. My wife said I can see buying a new house. This is really nice. The house is very clean, well set up and all the little things where they need to be. The backyard is large in private, the sound of nature is everywhere. The property is very clean and easy to keep clean. The driveway is large, plenty of parking and room to turn around. The awesome game room, and selection of VHS tapes were perfect. This is the kind of place you could stay for a week or more it this very relaxing setting. As an added bonus - It’s located in the middle of wine country, Denise has directions at the property with several vineyards within a few minutes drive. If the property is available, book it their is no reason to have second thoughts. It’s properties like this that make Vrbo amazing! Great property, great host with perfect communication, great location too. It’s on our list of places to return too. Hope you enjoy this property!

This was our fourth time staying at the property and each stay is just as good as the last, if not better. The house is so clean and organized and the outside is immaculately kept as well. We always appreciate the special touches and extras left by the host. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the Geneva/Madison area. It’s like your own home away from home!

Wine Country Weekend

We went with 2 other couples and wanted to check out the local wineries and Geneva on The Lake. We loved the house. Super set up and clean with a great yard. Very good location for wineries visiting.The place is great , they really treat their guests very well.
