Equipped kitchenette: 3 induction hobs, multi-function microwave/grill (2024), fridge-freezer (2023), dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. Living room with a 160cm sofa bed, TV, and reversible air conditioning, opening onto the loggia and terrace. Hallway leading to a bedroom with a 140cm bed and wardrobe, and a second bedroom with two 80cm bunk beds and a chest of drawers, also opening onto the terrace. Separate bathroom and toilet. Clothes drying rack and vacuum cleaner. Secure private parking. Very quiet and pleasant neighborhood, ideal for boat and sea lovers. Approximately 300m from the Pont Tournant beach and beach clubs, and 600m from shops. PETS ALLOWED.
