Nice T2 in Saint Cyprien-plage 66750, waterfront, facing south, (4 pers.) Ground floor of 35 m² between beach direct access and place all shops (100 meters), market 2 times a week in the street of the residence (1 time out of season), the port of St Cyprien is 600 meters by footpath and bike along the beach ..
Parking for the car (private parking and free). Apartment completely renovated to the taste of the day.
Possibility to leave the bikes outside in the residence (closed by code).
At the housing level, it is very bright with large windows in the room and living room. The main room is composed of the room, living room and kitchen area. A sofa bed for a sleeping two people. Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and a flat screen. A bathroom on the left with WC, shower and all the necessary maintenance. A separate bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. In all the accommodation you have air conditioning, heating and free WIFI access. The accommodation has no balcony or terrace but the beach is 30 meters away.
Sheets and towels are not provided. There are blankets, pillows, tea towels and all the necessary maintenance (soil and dishes).

Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt am Strand

Perfekt auch für einen Aufenthalt im Winter. Maxime war ein wunderbarer Host und ist auch auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Wir würden wieder buchen. ++++ - Direkter Strandzugang - 10 Min. Fußweg zum Hafen - Kostenfreier Parkplatz - Ruhige Gegend - Preiswert ---- - Ein Spülmaschinen-Arm war kaputt (der Gastgeber kümmert sich aber darum) - Heizung nur per Klimaanlage (dauert lange bis auch das Schlafzimmer warm wird) - Etwas Schimmel im Schlafzimmer hinter dem Vorhang - Handtücher und Bettbezüge müssen selbst mitgenommen werden

Bijna perfecte locatie

Bij aankomst was de ontvangst prima. Echter wij hadden verwacht aan de andere kant van het pand te zitten. Waar dat door komt weet ik niet. Ook was het niet zo schoon, als toen we vertrokken. Maar dan heb je ook alle negatieve punten gehad. Op 30 meter van het prachtige strand en de boulevard. Ook het appartement was heerlijk. Vreemd vinden we het dat je eigen lakens en handdoeken moet meenemen. Maar de gast heer was voortreffelijk en verleende topservice. Ook heb je nog eigen parkeergelegenheid met een slagboom. Aanraden waard.

Emplacement de la location idéale pour profiter de la région .plage en bas du studio. Les photos correspondent parfaitement à l annonce ,propreté des lieux ,studio fonctionnel et parking privé boulangerie à 5 min à pieds ,restaurants et commerces proches . Je recommande !!! nous avons passé un excellent wk

Un peu surprise aspect extérieur. Mais au final le parking est vraiment pratique et indispensable dans les villes balnéaires comme St Cyprien, accès direct sur la promenade bord de mer et la plage, l'appartement impeccable comme sur les photos et merci à Maxime qui a répondu à nos attentes.

Très bien située à coté de toutes les commodités . Très beau marché a 200 mètres le mardi matin , plage à 30 ou 50 mètres . Appartement très propres (20/20) , il y' a tout ce qui faut lave linge , lave vaisselle , wifi avec la box , grande télé , produits d'entretien , clim, alèse jetable , grand frigo avec congélateur et tout marche vraiment le confort maximum . Propriétaire très gentille, qui répond immédiatement aux demandes . Un grand merci pour cette location au top et pour le professionnalisme du gérant.Enfin une location ou il n'y a aucun point négatif . Très bon séjour , je recommande sans problème d'ailleurs je prévois de relouer l'appartement très rapidement .

Appartement proche de la plage à 30 m bien située

Sur l'annonce l'appartement fait très propre malheureusement les personnes avant nous avez laisser celui ci avec des traces de gras dans la cuisine dans la porte d'entrée ,sur la télévision tache de main grasse les sols avec encore du sable j'étais vraiment déçu .Je tiens a préciser que nous avons rendu l'appartement propre car nous sommes des personnes sérieuse et respectueux pour les personnes qui viennent après nous. Sur l'annonce est noté place de parking dans résidence malheureusement pas de place je vous cache pas que j étais un peu agacée j'appelle le propriétaire afin de lui dire ma déception heureusement une personne est parti et de suite nous avons eu une place il a été a mon écoute et ma dit que je pouvez laissez l'appartement dans l'état ou je l'ai trouver du coup je me suis permis de faire moi même un brin de ménage surtout en cette période de Covid!! En plus de cela pas d'eau chaude le soir après la plage car les personnes du deuxième appartement prenaient toutes l'eau chaude encore une fois je contacte le propriétaire qui prévient les locataires malheureusement pas de changement pas de la faute du propriétaire si les personnes ne respecte pas la propreté ni le partage de l'eau !!!! Sinon nous avons passés de très bonne vacances l'appartement est très bien située proche des supérettes,restaurants et du marché . Nous avons bien dormi pas de bruit de voiture ou autres endroit très calme parfait pour des vacances reposante .

auch im Dezember ist es hier sehr schön. Tolles Apartment fast am Strand. Lange Spaziergänge auf der Promenade bei Sonnenuntergang sind wunderbar. Wir hatten unseren kleinen Hund mit.Alĺes kein Problem.
