You’re going to love all the new updates and attention to detail within this Gulf-front condo at BeachCrest 505. The owner is consistently updating and upgrading this beach retreat. Located directly on an expansive private beach (with free seasonal beach setup!), you'll enjoy beautiful panoramic views from both the master bedroom and living area.

Head out on the large private balcony to hear sounds of the waves as you enjoy a morning cup of coffee. We know this balcony is going to become your favorite spot while you’re here.

Inside, there's a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the tools you need to make amazing vacation feasts and treats. There is plenty of storage for your groceries in the full-size pantry. There is a large counter-height dining table (for 6) or breakfast bar (for 4) - plenty of room for dinner and snack breaks.

Cuddle up on the large comfortable sectional, beautifully framing the Gulf views. Take note of the 50" SmartTV with HD cable – it’s perfect for game day. The kids will love the Blu-ray/DVD player and movie library for family movie night. Pack light – there’s a washer and dryer in the unit.

505 is thoughtfully designed and updated throughout to make sure you have a truly relaxing getaway.

You'll feel on top of the world in this mid-rise condominium that hugs the Seagrove shoreline. Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You’ll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and a Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Beautiful Stay

Late February at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to stay in 505. We returned to it this year because of its location and the decor of the unit. I’d like to suggest a few improvements please. The sofa was not as comfortable this year. It felt thinner and in need of replacing the stuffing and springs. I suggest a regular sofa and one or two comfortable upholstered chairs instead of the wrap around sofa .It would be nice to have a few coffee filters and a box of tissues in addition to the roll of paper towels available.
