Duplex T4 résidence les Étoiles du Sud

Magnificent apartment, very bright, located in the Les Étoiles du Sud residence on the 2nd floor without a lift. WiFi is available in this accommodation. All the comfort of this splendid new accommodation will allow you to have superb holidays with friends or family. Guaranteed love at first sight!!!!



You will be located opposite the ski lifts of Font d'Alagnon, its shops, its numerous hiking trail departures.....



This apartment has, on the ground floor, a large living room with a sofa bed in 140x190. It is open to a dining room and a kitchen equipped with an oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee maker and a Nespresso, a kettle, raclette appliance, crêpe maker and a dishwasher.

The living room opens onto a large south-facing terrace, and a stunning view of the Font d'Alagnon district and the mountain with its ski slopes. You can enjoy beautiful sunny days with its garden furniture summer and winter.

Present in the accommodation, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

It also has a bedroom with 1 double bed in 140x190 and 1 bunk bed in 90x190, a shower room with shower and a separate toilet.



Upstairs, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed in 140x190 and the other with a double bed in 140x190 and a single bed in 90x190. Additionally, there is a second bathroom with a shower and WC.



A covered parking space and a garage are at your disposal (you will find an electrical outlet in it).

A ski storage room is also available on the apartment landing where you will find a ski boot dryer.



Bed linen and towels are not provided, possibility of renting them on request via our agency. Pets are allowed in this accommodation with a supplement of 35 euros. Non-smoking accommodation.
