There is a complex of two twin villas, Villa Peonia and Villa Ortansia. The villas are built next to each other.
Villa Peonia is built at the west part of the village, just above Limni beach.
Built according to traditional architecture, this two-floor villa combines the colours of the earth and the sea.
The villa (145m2) has a living room with a fireplace, a modern fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances, a dining room, a WC/shower room and a single bedroom on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and two bathrooms. The 7th person sleeps to a sofa bed.
In the outside area there is a small garden and a swimming pool.

Nette Gastgeber, schönes kleines Dorf

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kamen spät abends an und wurden persönlich empfangen mit einem Korb Lebensmittel fürs Frühstücks am nächsten Tag. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und ist am Rand eines kleinen Dorfes gelegen mit Blick aufs Meer vom Sitzplatz und Balkon aus. Das Dorf hat einige Restaurants und Läden in Gehdistanz. Der kleine in einer Bucht gelegene Strand mit Wassersportangebot und Taverne zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar. In 5-10 erreicht man mit dem Auto die schönen Strände Spilies und Geropotamos. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Villa und im Dorf, aber auch die Nähe zur nächsten grösseren Stadt Rethymno geschätzt, 20 Autominuten entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Ferien machen.

Once a little town and today a little village, Panormo is located on the national highway of Crete and belongs to the Prefecture of Rethymno.

Panormo has a port for small boats open to the east and protected from northern winds. There are also boat fuelling facilities. You will also find restaurants with diverse menus, from original Cretan cuisine to a quick souvlaki, offering good quality.
At the centre of the village stands probably the only large carob bean mill of Crete, which has been characterised as an industrial monument by the Greek Ministry of Culture. Today, the building is used for art exhibitions, cultural events, congresses and sports during the whole year.
