This beautiful renovated lake front home with amazing outdoor space overlooks Springs Dock. We are tucked into a small inlet away from boat traffic, in a no-wake zone, ideal for swimming. The new 22x25 covered deck won't let a little rain ruin your outdoor enjoyment. The space features an outdoor kitchen with a built in Bull grill, and plenty of seating for dining. If you would rather cook inside, enjoy the newly remodeled, well stocked kitchen. The home features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms on 3 levels for added privacy, Ideal for 3 families.

Upper level
Two bedrooms (King/King) and a full bath.

Main Level
The main level features a large recently redecorated great room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and laundry room. There is also an extra full size refrigerator, and large food pantry. The primary King Bedroom with a full bath and walk-in closet is located on the main floor. It features sliding glass doors to a sitting area on the deck.

Lower Level
Two bedrooms (Queen/twin bunk) and a bunk room (4 twins), plus another full bath. This area also has a large sitting area with TV, a game table for cards or puzzles.

Outside
The best feature of our home is all the outdoor seating and dining area available. There is enough room at the dining tables outside for everyone to sit, plus comfortable conversation areas. In addition to the upper deck, the lower deck has a porch swing and separate sitting area with adirondack chairs. Outdoor lighting lets you converse late into the night:) A newly constructed moderate slope concrete path leads to a seating area around the fire and dock. Pictures of slope provided.

The home has a double bay covered dock with a large swim area in a no- wake zone for relaxing and one boat slip available for renter's use. Boats limited to two per group. Two kayaks are included for your enjoyment. Plenty of parking available and there are 2 boat ramps less than 5 minutes from the house.

Every TV in the home is either a Smart TV or has a Roku installed to stream your services.

Exterior security cameras on property at front door/driveway, side garage, and dock.

We are located less than 1 mile to The Greens at Deerfield Clubhouse and the Chapman Hill Winery. Newly opened Bar and Restaurant Living the Dream just opened up around the corner. Located 25 Minutes Off I-75, Exit 134 Caryville. We are 10 miles from Food Lion and 16 miles to Super Walmart.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all furniture back to its original location.
On Dock - tilt up swim ladder, close umbrella, stack chairs, make sure kayaks and paddles are put back.

If we are not on the water, then you will most likely find us hiking, or reading on the back deck. We enjoy family vacations where we can all relax and just enjoy being together. Why they chose this property

The relaxing back deck:) Can't you just see yourself out here in the morning with a good cup of coffee, or enjoying a family meal together? The view from the deck is fabulous, just being so close to the water has the most calming effect.

This house has a great location. It isn't too far off the highway. Super Walmart is nearby and the roads to the house are an easy drive (even pulling a boat). There are three boat launches close and plenty of trailer parking. We also loved the idea of being in a No Wake area ideal for swimming and off the beaten path of boats traveling in and out of the marina.

We are close to many marinas and restaurants. The golf course being so close also provides additional activity when you need a break from the lake or a nice attraction in the off season. There is a carryout convenient store less than a mile from the home for any last minute items and a great local winery with amazing views, wine tasting and appetizers. The home is multi-level with two family room areas providing nice separation for large groups.

What makes this property unique

The outdoor living space provides year round enjoyment no matter the weather. If you aren't on the water, you don't have to go far to enjoy food and fun. We provide renters with two kayaks and are located in a no-wake zone. We have great WiFi connection for streaming.
