Welcome to Overlook Nook on Norris Lake! This 5 bedroom/4.5 bath home is located on Deer Hill right between Springs Dock and Deerfield Marina. First floor includes primary bedroom and bath, laundry room, chef's kitchen, open floorplan with gas fireplace. Lower-Level features four more bedrooms; two primary bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and two bunk rooms with jack and jill bath, kitchenette, sleeper sectional and second laundry room with commercial ice maker. Expansive double decker deck that wraps around the home and opens down to the heated saltwater pool. Gorgeous 180-degree lake views from the deck and hot tub. Home includes access to private boat slip less than 1 minute from home.

You will not find a better view of the lake! The house was beautiful and the views on the back porch were spectacular. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Just book and relax!

The house was incredible! We had 2 two year olds and the pool was warm and perfect to play in. The boat dock situation was so convenient truly a 1 min drive (awesome to haul coolers, kids, floats, etc in the car down to the boat super quickly. The house is so close to multiple marinas and restaurants and we did a boat rental thru Oasis and they dropped the boat and picked it up with no extra charge. Such a great trip! We are already looking to book this home for next summer.

Traci was a wonderful hostess! She responded very quickly to any questions we had. In fact we had a slight issue (probably user error) that she went out of her way to address immediately. She was very personable and made us feel very comfortable asking any questions- no matter how small.The deck area was amazing with perfect lake viewing and plenty of space for 10 of us to space out (and to sit and watch the deer). We also loved the swimming pool- this property seemed to be one of the only ones in this area that had a pool.The kitchen was well stocked. The property was very clean.Would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing place with gorgeous views and a wonderful pool. Also no bugs even at night! Great location and nice dock area less than a minute down the hill by car. Easy to get to the slip and easy parking. The house indoors and out has so much great space and is really comfortable. Host was really accessible and helpful. We definitely plan to come back again and hopefully bring our adult kids. Cute little bar up the road by the winery with very friendly staff and patrons. Boat rental at Sugar Hollow is easy and close. We can’t say enough about this house. We have stayed at Norris several times and this was one of the very best! Kitchen area is huge and well stocked. Refrigerator both upstairs and downstairs. Washer and dryer on both floors too. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Wish we lived here!!

Property was absolutely gorgeous! One piece of advice, for a property that sleeps 20, you definitely need more washcloths in your bathrooms. Two for each bath was definitely not enough for a 3 night stay.

Our extended family of five families had a FABULOUS stay at this beautiful lakehouse! The lake views were absolutely gorgeous, and the pool was perfect for kids of all ages—and even the adults! We rented a tri-toon and brought our raft for some fun on the water, and the kids loved every minute of it. I also enjoyed the peaceful, relaxing lake while paddling around on my paddleboard. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed and spacious enough for all of us to cook and enjoy delicious meals together.One suggestion that would make the stay even better would be having a golf cart available to go back and forth to the boat slip instead of moving our cars around on a steep driveway and it’s about a 1/4-mile walk each way, so a golf cart would definitely be convenient. ;)Our hostess was wonderful and very responsive whenever I had questions. After a bad storm, she also made sure the pool was taken care of right away, which we really appreciated.Overall, we made so many wonderful family memories and had an absolutely FABULOUS time! We would love to come back!

This trip was our Christmas present with our family. The house is amazing and the view of the lake is the cherry on top !!! We had a trip filled with delicious meals, game nights and roasted s’mores after dinner. Communication with owner was wonderful - kind and helpful. We love Norris Lake and look forward to our next stay. Kitchen was well stocked and the home was well equipped for our large family.

It was cold, but with heater the kids were still able to use the pool. The owners were absolutely amazing/gracious. Beautiful, comfortable and peaceful week. Only drawback was some family members came in at night, road was challenging and should be done in the daylight if not familiar

Amazing Views & Everything You Need

We stayed here for a week over spring break with 4 families. Although the weather didn’t cooperate with us as much as we would have liked, the home was stunning, clean, and fully stocked for our stay. We enjoyed the pool, hottub, and outdoor TV. We also loved relaxing on the back deck and enjoying views of the lake. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Graduation Weekend Stay

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for a weekend to attend a graduation at Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, TN. The house is stunning and looks even better in person than in the photos. Traci was very responsive and easily accessible throughout our stay. We definitely recommend this amazing home!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Norris Lake vacation home! The view was breathtaking, the home itself was beautiful, and it was spotless throughout. The owners were fantastic to work with—very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with during the rental process. The pool and fire pit were perfect for the kids and added so much fun to our trip. There truly is no neighborhood quite like Deerfield at Norris. From the moment you enter through the gated entrance, you feel a sense of privacy and security that sets the tone for your entire stay.
The amenities are exceptional. Enjoy a beautifully maintained golf course, pickleball courts, scenic hiking trails, and even a local winery. And of course, the Tiki Hut, our favorite marina restaurant on the lake, is just minutes away for casual waterfront dining and live music.
Deerfield offers the perfect blend of relaxation, recreation, and lake lifestyle.

What makes this property unique

We know our home is not directly on the water and does not have a dock on the property. That said, we truly believe it offers the best of lake living for several reasons.
First, we are less than a one minute drive to our private boat slip. You can even walk if you prefer. There is convenient parking right next to the ramp, which makes unloading coolers, lake bags, and all the extras easy and stress free for a full day on the water.
Second, after a long day on the lake, you can come home and relax in our heated saltwater pool. While dinner is being prepared, the kids or adults can take a sunset swim. It is the perfect way to wind down and extend the fun.
Finally, being one row above the lake gives you absolutely breathtaking views. The elevated perspective creates showstopping sunrises and sunsets you often do not get when you are right at water level.
