PORT CAMARGUE -Apartment in marina crossing on the South Beach, P3 composed of a living room with a convertible 2 places, overlooking a large corner terrace of 65m² with nice view on the sea, the port and its boats,a bedroom with a double bed in 140cm ,a bedroom with a double bed in 160cm 2 overlooking a veranda, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge) a bathroom and a separate toilet. In a secure residence with private parking space. Furnished and equipped for 6 people. 100m from the beach and shopping center. Close to all amenities. Pets not allowed.
OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Set of sheets: 15€/ Bed (Flat sheets x2)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 80€ P3 (Free of pet hair)
Two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency.
