A découvrir ce petit écrin nichée dans une superbe résidence.

Nous avons trouvé cet appart/villa magnifique… !!! Confortable, chaleureux, lumineux, propre, une déco typique et recherchée : mi berbère, Tunisois/Maroc… Nous avons adoré !!! On s’est senti comme chez soi avec un dépaysement total. Nous avons profité de la terrasse le matin pour le petit déjeuner et occasionnellement le soir lorsqu’Essia (bras droit de la maitresse de maison) nous prépare sur demande des petits plats typiques du pays. On vous recommande de découvrir sa cuisine tunisienne si vous en avez l’occasion…Un vrai délice des papilles. Que dire de plus ? Tout est dans le résumé d’annonce d’Ursula. Nous étions 3 couples et nous avons vraiment apprécié l’environnement et l’espace de cet appart/villa. Notre expérience c’est que l’on s’est senti beaucoup mieux dans cette villa que l’hôtel **** ou *****. Nous remercions Ursula pour son accueil à travers Essia. Nous gardons cette adresse pour une prochaine fois sans aucun doute…! également pour nos amis qui souhaitent venir à Hammamet.

Belle découverte

Très belle location à la décoration raffinée et bien entretenue. D'un point de vue fonctionnel il ne manque rien. Il est recommandé de louer une voiture de par la situation de l'appartement à l'écart de la ville. Pour les gastronomes nous recommandons le Barberousse ou l'on vous servira des produits de la mer raffinés, avec une belle vue sur la plage.

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, !!! Top Lage , Super Service durch Angestellte. Einrichtung erfüllt alles wie beschrieben. Nachteil : es ist in den Wintermonaten etwas zu kalt, Heizung schafft die nicht Leistung um die Wohnung zu heizen, ein Heizlüfter war erforderlich, wurde aber durch die Angestellte sofort kostenlos beschafft. alles in einen TOP Service, zum Top Preis gerne wieder.

Magnifique appartement et le propriétaire fiable

Nous étions avec notre famille pendant une semaine dans le bel appartement. La décoration est incroyablement savoureux. L'appartement est absolument assez grande pour 6 personnes. La plage est à distance de marche et très agréable. La patronne est très sympathique, accessible et désireux de préparer une grande fête. Merci beaucoup - nous aimons à revenir!

Séjour de rêve. L'appartement - à deux pas de la mer - est magnifique. J’ai adoré lire sur la terrasse face à la mer. La décoration intérieure, à la mode tunisienne, est choisie avec beaucoup de gout. Rien ne manque c’est vraiment comme à la maison de la machine à café au lave-vaisselle en passant par le lave-linge… Pour les nostalgiques de la montagne il y a même un four à raclette… La propriétaire est charmante. Elle a tout mis en œuvre pour que notre séjour soit vraiment une réussite. Merci à elle et a son équipe. Je me réjouis d'y retourner.

Séjour à Hammamet

Séjour très agréable. Un très joli appartement, vaste, bien soigné, calme. La mer à 200m avec place réservée. Si vous cherchiez le calme c'est l'endroit idéal. L'appartement est meublé et décoré à la tunisienne avec beaucoup de goût. Si c'est à refaire je n'hésiterai pas une seconde. La résidence se trouve en dehors de la ville mais les moyens de transport existent (taxis, bus). Je vous le recommande sincèrement.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane ad Hammamet in questo alloggio. L'appartamento è come descritto nell'annuncio anzi anche meglio. E' pulito ed è dotato di qualsiasi utensile o attrezzatura di cui si possa aver bisogno. L'arredamento è delizioso e in perfetto stile tunisino. La proprietaria si è dimostrata seria e molto disponibile.

"Cela fait la 3eme fois que nous louons cette magnifique maison et les mots me manquent. Mille mercis a Ursula, la proprietaire et à son assistante pour leur gentillesse ainsi qu a la personne sur place qui gère l accueil des arrivants. C est une maison de reve et je sais que j y reviendrai. Ma mère s est bien reposée et adresse de cordiales salutations a Ursula. L''équipement impeccable, décor raffiné, linge de maison de qualité... "tout a fait conforme à ce qui était annoncé sur le site. L'appartement est tres agréable et tout proche de la plage. Tout était parfait pour nous. Le seul point un peu négatif est que le secteur est un peu trop éloigné du centre de Hammamet mais sinon notre séjour c'est trés bien passé."

"Le logement est irréprochable, par contre je ne sais pas d'où a été tirée la photo de présentation mais la vue sur mer est inexistante. De plus les plages (privées, donc payantes) sont à bien plus de 50 mètres, sauf si les mètres tunisiens sont plus longs (5 à 10 fois) que les mètres suisses, comme les Kilomètres pour le centre ville."

"Appartement de grand standing, très bien équipé, très bien décoré, avec une terrasse tres bien exposée, ensoleillement, vue sur mer, pas de voisinage bruyant à notre époque. dans un quartier très calme et reposant. Accès très facile."
