Its large terrace of 120 m² with a breathtaking sea view to see the most beautiful sunrise and sunset. The watchtower is visited and coveted for the filming of films, photographic shots; fashion shows. The Mirador is an orgy of decorative details realized throughout my career as an architect.

Aucune comparaison avec l annonce trou dans les murs et plafond, fil électrique qui pendent partout prise arraché meubles très très abîmé Aucune deco ne correspond aux photos rideaux sales et déchirés et j en passe l horreur😱😱😱😱 J ai eu beaucoup de chance d envoyer ma soeur avant de le louer tout le mois de septembre du jamais vu J ai en ma possession des photos je vais essayer de vous les envoyer je renouvellerai plus jamais cette experience avec Abritel😱😱😱😱😱

Appartement très bien situé. À la fois proche du ciel du soleil et de la mer.

Cet appartement par sa situation et ses nombreuses terrasses permet de profiter pleinement d'Hammamet (ciel, soleil et mer). Son intérieur est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est également proche de toutes commodités : le marché et un mini market ainsi que des transports. Le propriétaire sait être présent et discret en même temps. J ai reçu un très bon accueil et ai passé un séjour de rêve. Pour toutes ces raisons, je vous recommande fortement cette location

La maison et la terrasse sont sublimes plein de choses personnelles dans la maison qui font qu'on se sent comme chez soi. La vue sur la terrasse est inoubliable et les soirées y sont délicieuses. 3 semaines de vacances dans cette location agréable. Karim, le propriétaire est une personne agréable, à l'écoute de ses locataires et j'apprécie! il est vrai que la terrasse est est fort sympa mais malheureusement 3 semaines avec le vent et pas trop de possibilité d'en profiter.....Cependant, la vue est magnifique!

"On a loué cet ''appartement durant une semaine et qui est situé au centre de Hammamet, donc facilité pour se déplacer et pour visiter. La terrase domine toute la baie de hammamet, très agréable de s''y prélasser et de regarder le couché du soleil.. On a passé un super séjour. Le propriétaire est dévoué et très sympa et de très bon conseil. Je vous conseille aussi de prendre la femme de ménage qui est adorable et indispensable si vous souhaitez passer un séjour sans vous préoccuper des tâches ménagères et de la cuisine. Nous conseillons cet location absolument, vous ne pourrez pas être déçu."

"Wenn Sie das Besondere l...

"Wenn Sie das Besondere lieben und einen Blick für Details haben, sind Sie hier genau richtig. Kurz umschrieben passt: Alt trifft Neu. Mitten im Herzen von Hammamet und dennoch ruhig. Alles, was man braucht, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe: Supermarkt, Restaurants, Strand, Medina, Bäcker, Bank, Taxi, Bus. Ganz wichtig: die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und auch sehr gesichert! Der Vermieter unkompliziert und sehr nett, Ansprechpartner stehen zur Verfügung, sollte mal was sein. Die Sicht von der obersten Terasse einfach nur ein Traum, der Fernseher mit allen Programmen weltweit ausgestattet. Obwohl mitten in der Stadt ist es in den Räumen ruhig und erholsam. Die Räume strahlen Behaglichkeit aus, man kommt an und genießt. Durch zwei getrennte Wohneinheiten auch gut von 2 Pärchen nutzbar. Die Besonderheiten der Einichtung sind gar nicht alle fest zu halten. Die indirekten Beleuchtungen, die alten und neuen Fliesen, edles Geschirr, verschiedenste Dekorstücke, die ausgewählten Farben und vielen Bilder... man staunt einfach nur. Das Bad ist eine regelrechte Wohlfühloase, man hat von der Wanne aus einen super Blick über Hammamet. Eine extrem tolle Unterkunft! Nur mit den vielen Glasflächen muss man vorsichtig sein, da einige Fenster als auch Türen Sprünge aufweisen. Die Unterkunft muss man einfach einmal erlebt haben..."

"Très bon emplacement pour cette maison qui allie un style oriental et moderne.La décoration y est minimaliste et de bon goût.Accueil,gentillesse et disponibilité du propriétaire et de sa femme. La femme de ménage est très bien (ménage, repassage...)indispensable si on souhaite déguster d'excellents plats traditionnels.Une vue splendide sur la mer depuis la terrasse!Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour!"
