Fantastic spacious house, comfortable living area and very well equipped kitchen. Decor is very stylish and seems newly decorated. Ideal for a relaxing family holiday, we spent a lot of time outdoors making the most of the pool. 20 min drive to La Rochelle or most activities. Super friendly host. Highly recommend,

We highly recommend this property. The hosts are very friendly, attentive and responsive. It's a very family friendly house and there really was everything we needed to have a comfortable and easy stay. Everything was clean and in excellent condition, lots of things felt very new. The pool is bigger than it looks in the photos. We could definitely imagine staying again in the future.

We had a wonderful, relaxing week at Stéphanie and Franck's villa. The villa has a real home-from-home feel, with stylish décor, lots of indoor plants and every facility you could need. It's much nicer to stay in than a typical, characterless holiday rental.The villa was lovely and clean when we arrived, and Franck was there to greet us and show us around.The pool was fantastic and, with temperatures in the high 30s/low 40s whilst we were there, it was certainly well used! The good-sized gas BBQ was another highlight.A car is definitely recommended. There are several supermarkets (Intermarché Super in Andilly does great kebabs from the fresh meat counter for the BBQ!) and retail parks just a short drive away, and La Rochelle is only a 20 minute drive away for a day or evening out.For us, it was a week simply to relax after a busy week in Nantes and Puy du Fou, so we didn't explore much further afield, but the location worked perfectly for us.The only things we'd suggest to make an already excellent villa even better would be a fan in each bedroom for exceptionally hot nights (or air conditioning, if ever installed) and a couple of sun loungers by the pool. There is outdoor seating and a large dining table, but it would have been lovely to have somewhere to lie down and soak up the sunshine.Overall, a fantastic villa that we'd happily recommend.

Superbe maison !Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison, idéalement située pour visiter la région.Un grand merci à Franck pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa communication au top. Il prend vraiment plaisir à partager ses bons plans et ses conseils, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.La maison est superbe, d’une propreté rare, décorée avec beaucoup de soin et de goût. L’extérieur est magnifique, dans un environnement calme et très agréable. Elle est également parfaitement équipée : tout est pensé pour que l’on s’y sente bien.Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter! Merci Franck

La villa "La parenthèse" est bien nommée. C'est une maison vraiment agréable à vivre, on s'y sent très bien. Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine en famille et nous a permis d'allier télétravail, détente et bons moments tous ensemble. Stéphanie et Franck sont des hôtes très sympathiques et prévenants. Je recommande et y reviendrai avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Maison très agréable à deux pas de La Rochelle

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison très agréable et bien équipée. La piscine a été très appréciée des enfants surtout avec la canicule. Franck et son amie sont très sympathiques, accueillants et disponibles pour répondre aux différentes questions. La maison est bien située pour visiter les marais poitevin ou La Rochelle. Nous reviendrons!
