The house includes: 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, living room with 16’ floor to ceiling windows, wet bar with sink & wine refrigerator, den with fireplace, gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, gym with full equipment, outdoor lanai, and sound proof movie theater with 6 recliners. Entertainment includes 8 TV's and Sonos surround system, both indoors and out. The backyard features a L-shaped heated pool with waterfall, stone grotto, separate hot tub & 245 feet of waterfront. Backyard also includes over 100' dock space with ample lounge and eating areas in pool area. Home also features a 3 car garage and lush tropical foliage. We are a family of 4 that loves to travel! We vacationed in Florida numerous times & always thought someday we'll buy a place there. After the Covid lockdown, we emerged saying, "what are we waiting for?!" and made the jump to purchase our beautiful home! We still reside primarily in the Northeast and plan to make a permanent move to FL in a few years. In the meantime, we are happy to share our home with our guests when we can't be there. We have been blessed with the most amazing guests who treat our home as if it were their own! We consider all of our guests family and feel lucky that they can create beautiful memories in our home!
Why they chose this property
Our spectacular home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Our neighbors have nice families & are great friends to us. The corner lot provide stunning views of the intracoastal and the beautiful boats that cruise by! From our location, you can easily bike to the beach or to several restaurants in The Cove shopping center. Our home is located equidistant from Ft. Lauderdale & Palm Beach airports. FLL is a bit closer-20-30 minutes away & usually has more flight options. PBI is about 30-40 minutes away & is a nice, smaller airport. Miami is about 45 minutes from our home.
What makes this property unique
You cannot beat our location! "The scenery always changes" as you watch the parade of boats cruise by our home! We provide all linens, bath towels, pool towels, all kitchen dishes, glasses, appliances, etc. There are 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 dishwashers, 5 adult bicycles, fishing poles, and board games for rainy days! We also have baby items-2 car seats, a wooden crib, baby bath, booster sear & many other items. Our goal is to provide everything you could need for a relaxing vacation!
