Pool heat must be requested at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated when you arrive. This advance notice is required to ensure the pool has adequate time to fully warm, especially during colder weather. Requests made within 72 hours of arrival may not guarantee the pool reaches the desired temperature in time
