This is your coastal dream home right next to the unsalted Michigan Lake. It’s been recently renovated to present a chic home that’s an oasis of calm.

The breezy cottage are styled with relaxed furniture, blue and white tones, and nautical-themed accents throughout. With the comfy and chic coastal design, this home is a soothing getaway. So let’s take a look around.

LIVING AREA
This is where you’ll find the 65-inch flat screen smart TV with Netflix and plenty of places to watch it from. Share the leather sofa, or take the accent wicker standing basket chair all for yourself. Alternatively, arrange the cushions on the soft carpet and just relax. The modern wooden lift-top coffee table is sure to come in handy.

KITCHEN
Here’s where the culinary magic can happen. This gourmet chef’s kitchen is fully equipped and features all the top of the line appliances you’re likely to need. A pull-out sprayer on the double sink, and a K-cup/Carafe Coffee 2-in-1 coffee maker. Coffee and tea provided.

DINING AREA
Meal times are always exciting times. And this house has a dining area with a dining table and a breakfast nook that give 8 guests plenty of room to sit and snack or enjoy a more formal meal together, handy if you’re staying here to celebrate a special occasion.

You’re sure to wake up fully refreshed, ready for a new day, whichever bedroom is yours. The master features a king bed with a modern farmhouse bench, and an ensuite half bath. The first level second bedroom has a queen bed, and an accent chair to relax. The lower level bedroom has a full bed, adjacent to a home office. This area features plenty of seating and a kids corner that filled with toys and books.

Guests get a choice of relaxing in a modern standup shower on the first floor and an ensuite half bath in the master bedroom.

Nice house with a huge yard in a very quiet neighborhood. About 10 mins or so from downtown Holland. Within 30 mins of both Grand Haven and Saugatuck. We had a nice time. Would recommend!

Great little home centrally located for our travels

Checkin and communication was a breeze. House had everything we needed. Fenced in backyard was great for our dog. Easy walk to tunnel park beach. We took day trips to Grand Haven, Saugatuck and Fennville. Downtown Holland was 10-15 mins from house and great to walk around! WiFi was good and a/c was much welcomed on these Hot August days!

My adult family enjoyed our stay here. Accommodations were great for 7 adults and a dog. Location in a quiet neighborhood was good and an easy walk to the water. Backyard was good for the dog to be able to be active. Overall, I would recommend this home for a larger group to stay.

Most comfortable mattress in master bedroom!!! Very quiet location. Dogs and humans were very comfortable. Not a bad walk to Tunnel Park but we drove so we could pack everything. Half bathe needs a better towel rack, it fell off wall numerous times and was useless. Faucet in there needs maintenance to put out better pressure. Everything else worked great!

Great, spacious, clean and updated home with comfortable furnishings, charming decorations, well stocked and incredible fenced yard with deck, grill and fire pit. We traveled with our adult children and their guest as well as our dog. The location was perfect for us. We took full advantage of the fenced in backyard for our dog and we also loved having the bikes available to us. Stay for a wedding

this house had everything you’d need for a little one. High chair, pack n play, bike trailer and toys! The only bummer was managing the stairs, there was a baby gate, but it didn’t seem to work to keep the baby from trying to go downstairs. Other than that, this place was great for our family!! I loved having the fan in the master bedroom for white noise as well. Would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Everything you could need

This place is very clean, spacious, and has everything you could need. It's stocked with toiletries, paper towels, dish soaps, laundry supplies, etc. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. The house is a short 10 minute walk to Tunnel Park beach and a 5 minute drive to the boardwalks. Plenty of good restaurants are 10 minutes drive away. Saugatuck state park is only 20ish minutes away.

Impromptu trip to the lake

Stumbled on this listing which allowed for mid week stays. The location was great. It's in a nice, quiet, treed neighborhood.. An easy 5 minute walk to Tunnel Park, and quick 10 minutes bike ride to Holland State Park. About 25 minutes from GVSU. Bikes were provided and seemed brand new. The fenced in area in the back allowed for relaxing evenings with dogs on back deck which was shaded. Grill worked great. Comfortable beds. Would stay again.

We arrived around 8 pm Friday night and it was very dark. No lights on and there were so many leaves we could not find our way to the sidewalk up to the house. My sister tripped there was a step up to the door.😞. It was somewhat scary walking into a house with no lights in an area that three women have never been to before. The Bathrooms are very small!! The two bedrooms upstairs are very nice. Downstairs is very nice. The bed downstairs needs to be updated. And better lighting down there. There are no mirrors in the bedrooms for you to get ready so very hard with only one small bathroom and mirror. Not having to strip the beds was such a bonus we all thought that was a gift! Thank you! We had plenty of seats in the living room to chat when we returned from dinner on Saturday night.

This cottage was a great size for a family of four. The location was close to Tunnel Park in a quiet neighborhood. It has a large fenced backyard with a fire pit. It has nice amenities and was well stocked with what we needed. The kids loved the space and we had a great stay!
