Port A Landing PP745 is a gorgeous coastal home with views of the ocean has everything you will need for your party of 12! This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house is decorated beautifully and is ready to be your home away from home. The large open living, kitchen and dining area are an entertainers dream! You can whip up your favorite meal for your guests in the gorgeous, full kitchen! Kick back, relax and, enjoy the Gulf breezes and sounds of the ocean on the large, spacious decks. There are flat screen TV's in every bedroom, family friendly movies and a foosball table for you and your guests to enjoy during your stay. Outside you will also find a large picnic table and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. No grill on site. All monthly rentals have a $150 electricity cap. Guests must be able to handle stairs. STR # 200098170

We had a great stay! Everything was clean and super beach friendly. The walk to the beach is not far. We rented a golf cart and got around with the cart. My teen enjoyed his time with his friends for SB. We would come back!

There is only one a/c unit and it struggles to keep the bottom floor (bedrooms) cool. The furniture in the living area is very uncomfortable, mostly outdoor type furniture with a futon. We had a nice stay but would choose another property in the future. Kids loved the foosball table!
