At an altitude of 1400m near the areas of Karellis, Sybelles, Val Thorens / Orelle and 5 minutes from the family resort of Albiez Montrond, in a small subdivision surrounded by nature with land and a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains (Belledonne, Arvan, etc.)
