This stunning 4-bedroom 2-bathroom home is in heart of Tampa Bay (North Hyde Park) 10mins from EVERYTHING!!

The home is directly off I-275 and offers easy access to all major interstates, highways and restaurants. It is only a short drive to our beautiful world-famous Gulf Coast Beaches.
The home recently underwent a major renovation and everything inside is brand new! The home features tile flooring, granite countertops, all brand-new stainless steel Samsung appliances including a full-size washer and dryer.

The home has space for the whole family. There is enough seating for everyone to gather around the 65-inch Smart TV and enjoy a movie night together or have a seated dinner together with enough seating for 8.

This home has 3 queen size beds and 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a wall mounted 40-inch smart TV where you can enjoy your favorite streaming services. Each room features all white linen and quality mattresses to provide both luxury and comfort.
The home has an uncovered patio with outdoor seating great for catching some these Florida sun rays! Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and drinks and we provide all linens, towels, including beach towels and make up towels.

We offer coffee, tea, water and all the supplies you need to start your vacation. The home is only 5 mins from several grocery stores including Wholefoods, Publix, Walmart, and 10 mins to Trader Joes! ( Please see for more local attractions and shops)
For our guest that are looking for more adventure we do offer (at an additional cost) concierge services that can assist with Boat Rental, Biking Tours, Private Yoga Sessions, including Spa Services, Make-up Artist, Fishing Charters, Party Bus Rental, Etc.

Sidenote: from the front yard and look to the left you can see the downtown skyline! Seriously, in the heart of Tampa! It’s doesn’t get much better than this!!

Awesome! Our stay was excellent! The location is superb! We were literally close to everything. The home is great with all the amenities. They also provided subscriptions such as Netflix and Peacock. The owners are awesome with great communication.

Tampa snowbirds

We came to Tampa for 5 weeks in January and February (from Atlanta) to enjoy the sunny weather down South! The house was centrally located and close to so many attractions but most if all we enjoyed the River Walk. We are walkers and walk close to 5 miles per day. Beautiful and very safe!! Easy access to 275 that took us over to St, Pete and the beaches. Tia made sure the house had all the necessities i.e.,well stocked kitchen and all the linens we would need during our stay. She also ensured we knew of upcoming events and what to expect. Our visit was very enjoyable!!

Tampa trip for Bucs game

My brother and I flew from Califonia with our two kids for the Bucs Game. We looked for a place that was close to the stadium and to downtown. Tia's place was the right choice. Close to all the spots we wanted to hit and a quick trip to/from the airport. The house was very nicely furnished inside with comfortable beds, plenty of TVs for an abundance of football, and had a great kitchen for cooking. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed very safe. We did have another place picked out, but we switched to this one based on the neighborhood feedback of other VRBO reviews. Tia was easy to work with and made sure to touch base with us to ensure our stay was going well. She was a perfect host.

Wonderful house and great location

We had a flight delay and came in a day later than planned. Which was a big bummer but the house was a good makeup for the lost time. The house is very clean and new inside. The house has everything you need and more. Beds super comfortable, sheets clean and high quality, tons of pillows also brand new and varied pillow types. The twin bed seemed like they were cling which was good for our 6 foot son. Washer an dryer, dishwasher, ironing board and iron, great hair dryers too. Beach items; blanket, towels and umbrella was an awesome surprise. TVs in every room WiFi and multiple streaming services. The location is extremely close to the exciting Tampa area. We were in for a family wedding. Totally would stay again and for longer than our original 4 days. Very homely comfortable feeling. Don’t look further this is your next place to stay when in this area. Everyone loved there time there. Thank you so much Tia!

Family Getaway

We were in town for a Navy ceremony. This house fit our needs for the weekend perfectly. Conveniently located. We were never further than 15-20 minutes from wherever we wanted to go. Definitely would stay here again when returning to the area.

Tampa graduation trip

We stayed her for my daughters graduation from University of Tampa. There were six of us and we all agreed how spacious and comfortable our stay was. I was worried because I booked this for my family not knowing how the house would be in person, happily it exceeding our expectations. The home was deceiving from the outside as far as how big it was we had 4 large bedroom, beds were very comfortable. It was super clean, appliances and furniture appeared new. There was a nice patio to sit off the kitchen area. The location was close to the college, and the main highways. The host was also very accommodating, and responsive, she even checked in on us during our stay. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting who wants to be near the college or wants to be near the city.

Tia’s place was amazing ! It was even better than the pics and her personal touches made it even better ! Everything was clean & we had everything we needed plus more. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space ! Beds were super comfy and smelled amazingly clean. She left us snacks to enjoy upon our arrival & location was close to so many great restaurants as well as a couple of our planned activities ! I would for sure stay here again! Family Time

Tia was an awesome host. The property is beautifully decorated and included everything we need. It was close to everything including the Tampa Bay Stadium for those looking to reserve for a game. Amateur Works and Ybor City was a 10 to 15-minute drive. Overall we were pleased and will stay again.

Family Time With Our Graduate

This small but spacious house has perfect for our 8 family members. It is close to the airport, UT, Armature Works and downtown. The house was clean and very well decorated and having filtered water from the refrigerator was a plus. The beds were comfy and the there was enough seating in the living room for all of us to sit and visit. There were plenty of towels and hot water for everyone. Tia was quick to respond to any questions I had. Since our graduate is staying in Tampa, I’m sure we will return to this property again.

We are a fun loving couple! Tampa natives and high school sweethearts who are approaching our 20th wedding anniversary. We love traveling and experiencing new thing togethers and helping our guest do the same when they visit our home town!

If you decide to get out and see the city it's likely we will be close by at one of the many Brunch Day parties, Paddling boarding at one our local beaches or enjoying our bay area waters by boat! We love our city and want you to love our city too!!
