Two bedroom full bath with spa tub apartment with tv internet utilities included. Nice neighborhood and close to everything. Unit has separate entrance and is completely independent. Landscaped garden areas with a nice patio area. Very private feeling. Close to college and providence hospital

The proximity to the hospital, the college, the marina and downtown, as well as freeway access is excellent but at the same time you don’t feel like your “in the thick of things”.
