Helpful to have all check in and check out communication be the same. Example. I didn't know about unmaking beds until email the evening before. Nothing is stated in check out at the place. The abandoned building next door is a bit concerning at first...but the stay was quiet and comfortable. Property should probably be listed as townhouse not entire house.

Super clean home. Super comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and responded to messages quickly and answered calls, when needed. Great little place and your minutes from uptown Lake Stevens and all the restaurants.Will definitely recommend this place to any one that wants to stay in Lake Stevens and will book it again, next time I have family in town.
